My experience was wonderful. We had a small group and were given clear and helpful instructions on how to navigate riding. As a beginner, I felt very comfortable on Tulip. Our guide, Jessica, was wonderful and an amazing photographer while on horseback! We had to wait for a bit at the beginning while the entire group gathered and they got our horses ready. The hour trip was gorgeous and it was great to get to be on horseback. Would definitely do it again!
This was a memorable experience. The team at the Ranch were very helpful and the views were amazing. And the horses were so gentle and sweet. I would have loved to taken my horse, Jenny, home with me.
This was an unforgettable experience! So worth the money. the horses were so fun and the guides were so nice
We had such a great time. The horses were beautiful and well cared for. Scenery was great and an hour for the rate was a great deal.
Very pleasant horseback ride in the hills around Los Angeles. We were well supervised. This is suitable regardless of your previous horseback riding experience
This was a beautiful horseback tour through a section of Griffith Park. We saw so much iconic LA with the nature of California. Hydrate, wear comfortable clothes and shoes, you cannot carry a bag or water with you. You will get dusty! My horse and my daughter’s horses were so sweet. The cowgirls/tour guides instructed us very well to manage our horse on the trail. They were so helpful! We are both beginner riders and we had a blast. 10/10 would do again in a heartbeat.
Positive: the horses were very quiet, the guides nice, the horses who seemed to have a back problem (very dug, too many tourist weights?) Have not worn anyone, we see the real "Hollywood" sign in a little moment To be improved: timing 40 minutes late (+30 minutes before, we waited 1h10!!!), 21 people it's a group too big, the ride makes a round trip would have deserved to make a loop, the enclosure that seems too small for the number of horses.
I recently had a wonderful solo horseback riding experience that I highly recommend. The ride was well-guided, and the duration felt ideal for enjoying the scenery and the overall adventure. The information provided beforehand was very useful, though I would have appreciated a specific “what to wear” guide to help with preparation. One note for future riders: while the booking stated the ride would start at 9, and I assumed an hour ride meant we would be done by 10, we didn’t finish right about 11. I wasn’t in a rush, but this is worth keeping in mind if you are planning back-to-back activities. All in all, it was a great experience that I would gladly do again! :))
No prior experience of horse riding is required. The staff is professional and gentle and can accommodate for special needs where possible. Scenery is beautiful
Had a great time!! My husband and I haven’t ridden horses together before. It was so much fun and easily explained. The horses were calm, so well behaved and clearly well taken care of.
