No automatic RAMP on vehicle for permanent wheelchairs. Families Welcome: Infants may not sit on laps, we highly recommend bringing a personal car seat for young children. - Pickups are at 9:00AM or 10:00 AM: We pick you up anywhere in Banderas Bay. Our tours generally begin at your hotel lobby, residence of choice, including cruise ship visits at P.V. terminals, or selected villas. Please note that we operate on Jalisco local time (Pacific Time Zone).
- What to Bring: Comfortable footwear and light clothing, medication (if needed), sunscreen and/or a hat, and a camera or smartphone.
- Don't Forget to Bring Cash: Either USD, CAD or MXN pesos. This helps with tips and spontaneous purchases or extra activities you may choose during the tour. Some local treasures of Puerto Vallarta may only accept cash.
- Restaurant and Tequila Facilities: Please be aware that the availability of restaurant and tequila facilities may vary based on current conditions, capacity, weather conditions and availability. Additionally, dietary restrictions may impact the options available to you.
- Amenities and Services: Some amenities or services may be limited or unavailable based on occupancy or seasonal factors.
- Flexible Tour Hours: Our tours are private, so you have the flexibility to choose your preferred duration. Please note that the total time do not includes for transportation and any potential traffic delays.
- We do not provide car seats for children and infants, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. For safety reasons, infants cannot sit on a parent’s lap during the ride. We strongly recommend using a separate, properly secured car seat to keep your little ones safe and comfortable.

We booked the Signature City Tour: The Private Experience with Obi Tours in Puerto Vallarta, and it exceeded every expectation. Obi picked us up right from our resort and gave us a full 7 hours of pure magic, weaving together the culture and history of Puerto Vallarta in a way that felt personal and alive, not like a rehearsed script. We never once felt rushed. Obi thoughtfully planned out our day so that when it was time to go shopping, it was scheduled for the latter part of the trip, so we didn't have to haul bags around while we were still touring. When it was time to eat, he introduced us to a new restaurant tucked away in a secluded area that felt like a tropical paradise overlooking the river, it was such a special find. What made this tour truly special was Obi himself. From the moment we met him, he made us feel like old friends catching up rather than strangers on a tour. As a fellow entrepreneur, I found our conversations along the way genuinely inspiring, hearing about his journey, his positivity, and his dreams for the future added a whole extra layer to the day that I wasn't expecting but deeply appreciated. You can tell Obi truly loves what he does, and that passion is contagious. By the end of our time together, he had made us believers in Obi Tours, and we can't wait to see this business grow. This was also the tour that made my birthday one I'll never forget. My phone unfortunately decided it would no longer turn on today, so all the pictures I took while on the tour are just on hold until I can get my phone fixed, but Obi took so many pictures along the way that I'm not even worried; I can't wait to see them when they get emailed over. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history, culture, and local traditions, and he shared everything in a way that was both informative and engaging. Our tour included Old Town, the beautiful Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the lighthouse, and a fun tequila tasting. Our tour guide Obie was very experienced and went above and beyond to provide us the best experience. He is a US veteran and his English was spot on. My family and friends were very impressed and we're very happy with the tour. I would definitely recommend to bring some cash such as US dollars or pesos as there will be some stops along the way for shopping and dining. I absolutely love the tequila tasting and seeing the sights of the city and just being engulfed in the culture. And those of you who are curious there are plenty of opportunities for restrooms. We had a lot of pictures taken and honestly this tour was one of the most memorable ones we had and we will definitely book with Obi again in the future. We never felt rushed and it was a perfect pace for us. Thanks again Obi for providing us a memorable experience!
