The audio guide was online, which was a shame. It would have been better if it were said out loud for everyone.
People were screaming out of control, unable to listen to audio. No one approached them to control them.
Everything positive, beautiful experience.
It was quite an experience. Really great
There is no commentary. No one forewarned us and we had to ask a staff member after we left. A cruise with no commentary is very odd!
We’re sorry to hear this. The availability of the audio guide is indicated at several points on board, but we understand this may not have been clear enough. Thank you for your feedback, which will help us improve the guest experience.
No words; indescribable the panoramic trip taken at night with its banks lighting up from 8:00 PM.
We booked @ 19.15 and where at the dok at 18.50. We don’t had a place to see anything. All the tables where full already. We sit at a bench with a wall that we don’t can’t see anything. We asked for a drink, but an hour later nobody came to us. Really a bad experience
Everything was fine, but they didn't give us the audio guide
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the cruise. The audio guide is available on all our boats via QR codes displayed in several places, together with the instructions on how to access it. We’re sorry if this information was missed during your visit.
We paid €14.50 per person, looking for the most economical option. The boat is quite simple and the space, tight. We chose a time to enjoy Budapest by day and by night, but the route was not what we expected: we arrived at the Parliament in the first 15 minutes and then we spent most of the time at the other end of the Danube, missing many of the illuminated buildings. If you are simply looking to enjoy the views, I do not think it is worth paying for dinner or drinks.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the route did not meet your expectations. Please note that the itinerary can vary due to river traffic, navigation conditions, docking schedules, and safety requirements. We appreciate your understanding and feedback.
The cruise spends more time in the new part of Budapest, which is not striking, than in the older part and its historic buildings. A bit boring in the new part.
We’re sorry to hear that you found the newer part of Budapest less interesting. Please note that the cruise route and duration in each area may vary depending on several factors, including river traffic, water levels, and navigation conditions. We appreciate your feedback and hope you still enjoyed the views of Budapest from the Danube.
