We would have contacted the given number on August 2 8:30 the tour after a half hour wait, dear sir indicated that we would be picked up at 9. Turns out eventually that the intermediate party doesn't work or something, after an hour of waiting now there is an app you get your money back and so an entire planned day is wasted by this. Don't book this tour through tripadvisor it's just not happening.
