First problem: meeting point is now a construction site and not accessible. Could not find guide, so checked Viator app and found it under Canceled the day prior. Called Viator and asked the rep why. She said it was because the local vendor could not verify a cruise ship was in part that day. BS! From where I was standing on Water Street, on the phone, I could see two cruise ships. Be wary of this company!
