I went to the bazaar area to see the Hagia Sophia. I got into a shop. The guys were exceptionally nice and gave me sample delights to taste. I bargain to buy three roles at a total cost of $150. I intended to pay cash but the dude convinced me to use my credit card since I might need the cash. Lo and behold, he swiped $185.35. I didn’t realize it until I was at the airport. The contacts on the card he gave me do not work. Shame on him and his cronies! Attached is the card I collected from the shop
Be careful shopping perfumes . there is plenty of copies available , But finally you can be packed a similar bottle in similar to original package , Closed , but bottle contains NO PERFUME , but WATER
It is a shopping mall like a grid of Go boards in Ameyoko, and it is fun to just look around and see a variety of shops selling colorful products such as ceramics, Turkish lamps, tea houses, carpets, spy shops, precious metals shops, Turkish sweet shops, hammam soap shops and water tobacco shops.
We enjoyed this tour with Istanbul Walks and guide Tayfun. Tayfun provided a personal and informative tour. He grew up playing hide and seek in the Grand Bazar and could tell us how the Bazar originated and how it evolved up until how it is today. Great tour for everyone in the family.
Hello Darcy, Thank you for your nice comments & thoughts. We would love to see you again on your İstanbul vacations. Thanks, Caner
Fukran is just an excellent guide. A pleasant person, full of insights and truly passionate about the city. All that you need in a guide! He offered us several tips for the city and was not pushy at all in the Bazaar and let us do our thing.
Your gesture of leaving us such a generous review makes us very happy. See you again in your next time Istanbul visit. Sincerely
To think that I would ever get to know The Great Bazaar was something I never imagined. When the surprise entered it was getting bigger, corridors and corridors, labyrinthine and endless and everything, what I was looking for somewhere I would find, only you would have to make a visit of several days to this place to finish appreciating and knowing its wealth.
Dear Valued Guest, We glad to see you happy during your tour. Thank you for your good reviews and we hope to see you again in Istanbul for discover other parts of this magnificent city. Sincerely,

Many counterfeits, it’s expensive to bargain, go there Le Matin in order to take advantage of the fact that there are fewer people
Thank you for your comments, we hope to see you again in İstanbul. Sincerely,
You can find a lot of traditional deliciouse as well as beautiful things.. I would have missed something
There I found that I do not serve to haggle!!!. Anyway I have the impression that haggling is not up to half the value as they say and in fact there are already people who do not even offer to enter the game. Generally speaking, they won't let you go and ask you how much it's worth to you.
