Pickup time unreasonable
No where is the confirmation or request does it say you will be picked up 7 hours before your flight. Especially, when your original purchase reflects an appropriate pickup time to transfer from resort to airport with shared service. 7 hours is unreasonable and poor time management. I've asked to speak

Spectacular
She was so amazing and helpful from the time we got there and let. We also book excursions and felt very safe to leave by myself. She insured my safety and help me pay for in Jamaica money. A wonderful experience with smiles and hugs I would love to come back and book with her

Drezzy- my Nexus rep is the best!

Davian - Exceptional Service
Davian at Bahia Principe provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was attentive, patient, and always willing to offer helpful advice and recommendations. Wonderful experience!
Keisha was wonderful. She helped our large group arrange transfer to and from the airport. We also did a day trip on a catamaran for a large group as well.
