Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to the Main Ground Transportation Area. **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Easy to work with. Would book again!
Pleasant transfer from airport to hotels and Merida Trsvel Experience was easy to work with. We changed hotels during our stay. The transportation company had no problem with the change of plan. The drivers were pleasant and patient for pickup. Note: gratuity is not included in the cost paid online.

I had a seamless experience booking this airport transfer and connecting with our driver when we landed. The vehicle was comfortable and our driver was friendly.

Good service
We had to cancel and rebook twice due to airline issues. It was not a problem. Communication was excellent. A little trouble finding our driver but, a safe and efficient drive to our hotel.

Arranged for round trip...
Arranged for round trip to and from the airport. They seemed pushy when the flight was delayed and being stuck in line at immigration and customs. During the pick up from my hotel is where the true problem came. I had confirmation that they would pick me up at 5am to bring me to the airport. I was outside, checked out of my hotel and waiting for them at 4:55am. I waited until 5:10am before I attempted to contact the operator with no avail. Tried again at 5:20am. Nothing. No communication or anything back saying where they were or they were running late. I had to make it to the airport to catch a flight. So after 20 minutes of waiting. I had to call an Uber so I don’t miss my flight. They read messages and attempts to communicate about my ride but they ghosted me. Now lying to Viator and denying me refund because they didn’t fulfil the arrangement.

Driver was waiting for us inside on the ground floor near door to exit building. Driver polite and helpful with heavy bags. It’s was a 25 min ride to our hotel near Centro Merida.
