Transfer to the airport
Arrive promptly to the pick up time given . Lovely cool comfortable ride to the airport . Great value for money.

The transport was a little early and got me to the airport with good time to spare. Prior communication arranging pick up time was good. Will book again.

The drivers are not...
The drivers are not very kind on the way out or back, for us who did not speak English, it was rather disappointing

Shuttle left me behind without contacting me :-(
The shuttle left me behind and didn’t wait nor call me to tell me it was there. The pick up point was not directly at the hotel as the app mentions. I wasn’t upset never directly emailed about this and I was there early at the lobby waiting. It was so stressful! I’m not satisfied at all with this service and want a complete refund and for the added expense of having to book a last minute taxi to the airport in a rush.

Excellent service and value
I was traveling alone with a night flight to catch. Found Viator doing shared taxi service. Was cautious at first but had prompt personal response to all queries and obtained local agent contact details. Pick up point was adjusted to suit my location. Taxi was early and waiting for me. All went very smoothly. Very good value - unlike private taxi fares to airport. Would highly recommend.

Transfer
Great transfer from hotel back to the airport. Driver was excellent. He was courteous and helpful with my daughter's wheelchair on and off coach as well as helping with our luggage.

Just notice
There was a delay of half an hour from the bus to the hotel. Secondly, I hope that you contact the concerned person or the hotel by phone if there is a delay. This is just a note, and everything went well.

travel to airport
this was a very good service the car was clean and airconditioned . this is worth getting and the only fault i could think of is that it was very early to the pick up
