Emily the tour guide was great, very informative and interesting and funny, also a very good driver! She recommended several restaurants for dinner and we ate at one of them the Urban Farmer and it was delicious!
There are plenty of photo opportunities, bathroom breaks, and information about the geography and history of the region, including how the Rockies were formed. This was a beautiful introduction to Colorado beyond Denver. Loved the stops at Red Rocks and Evergreen.
A fantastic day with Christin! We loved it! Thanks for the unplanned stops, surprises, and anecdotes! I recommend this without hesitation—everything is done to make your trip incredible!
An excellent half day tour which does an interesting sampler of the Red Rocks amphitheatre, Echo Lake, Evergreen which is a quaint mountain town. Goes upto 11k feet and temperature drops and sun intensity goes up. So even in summer do get some suitable clothing. We had Cristin as the guide and she was super informative and did multiple extra detours. We also spotted some deer and bison enroute back. The lake was the highlight of the trip with a lovely 30 min trail.
Had an unforgettable time on the Red Rocks, Echo Lake, and Evergreen tour with Colorado Sightseer! Our guide Kristen was incredibly warm and charming, and just as sharp. She made the whole day feel personal, not like a typical tour. We walked away with a ton of insightful facts about the areas we visited. Highly recommend if you want a guide who genuinely knows and loves Colorado.
The trip was fun and educational. Our tour guide Anne was very knowledgeable about every place we went to and pointed out animals as we were driving
Fun, educational, and packed with wildlife sightings—that’s the exact recipe for a great trip! So glad Anne kept you informed and entertained every step (and mile) of the way. Thanks for rolling with us, and we hope to see you again on your next adventure!
We visited Denver for a long weekend and wanted to get out of the heat of Denver (100 degrees) and see nature. This excursion allowed us to see Red Rocks without needing to see a concert. We also learned that many events take place at Red Rocks (movie showings, smaller performances, yoga). The remaining excursion took us higher into the mountains to Echo Lake and into the cooler, fresh mountain air.
100-degree Denver heat made a quick retreat to Echo Lake an absolute must! We're so glad we could help you beat the heat, take in that fresh alpine air, and show off a different side of Red Rocks beyond the music scene. Thanks for letting us be part of your weekend getaway!
Great 5 hour tour. I was in town for two nights of concerts. Decided to take a tour during the day and this was perfect. Pick me up at Union Station, which was walking distance from my hotel.
Concerts by night, tours by day—you definitely did Denver right! We’re so glad the Union Station pickup was convenient to your hotel and that the 5-hour timing hit the mark. Thanks for the review, and we hope to see you again next time you're in town for a show!
This tour was awesome! The mountains were beautiful and we enjoyed nice walks. The tour guide was so great and knew so much! I learned a lot about the places we visited. Thank you Emily! Great job!
Emily is a wealth of knowledge out on the trail, and she loves pairing fresh mountain air with great local history! We're so glad the walks and the views hit the spot for you. We'll be sure to pass your sweet note and 'great job' straight to Emily. Thanks for exploring with us!
The entire tour was amazing and so cool to learn and see so many different pieces of history with an awesome explanation. It was great to not have to drive and be able to relax and take in the scenary! Our guide Haus was humorous and made the trip awesome!!!
Hans is a total natural when it comes to blending good laughs with solid local history—he’s going to be thrilled reading this! We're so glad you got to sit back, relax, and enjoy a completely stress-free day in the mountains. Appreciate you riding along with Colorado Sightseer!
