On this tour, we will educate travelers about Jan van Riebeeck Statues as we drive past them. We will discuss the historic background while depending on which direction we are driving, Cape Town train station, adjoining Strand Street, which takes us to Cape Town's first and oldest building, the Castle of Good Hope, Grand Parade, and City Hall, where we will get off and take some pictures while sharing the history and memoirs of these prestigious structures. After there, we'll drive up Buitenkant Street to see the old Central Method Church, which eventually became the District Six Museum.
From there, we drive past the Parliament, Company Gardens, Slave Lodge, Flower Cellar Jewish Museum, and Bo-Kaap (where we can walk through the streets and try some of the special Malay dishes on offer). We then move on to Table Mountain, Signal Hill, where guests can take the cable car up. We then return to our designated hotels.

Great experience
I chose Nelson because I only had half a day in Cape Town and really wanted to make the most of it. And I’m so happy I did!
Nelson is a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely nice to spend time with. In just around 4 hours we covered so much: Bo-Kaap, different parts of the city, the Parliament area, Table Mountain, Signal Hill and more. He shared so many interesting stories and I really felt like I got a taste of Cape Town, even with such little time.
I definitely want to come back and would love to explore more of Cape Town with Nelson. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Authentic and essential Langa experience with Nelson
We did a tour of Langa with an absolutely exceptional guide. Nelson grew up in the neighborhood itself, so he made the whole experience real, close and firsthand. In addition, he speaks very clear English and is perfectly understood, something that we are very grateful for as it is not our first language.
The tour was 100% personalized, super friendly and very pleasant. We did it on Sunday and it was a real success, because we were able to walk into a local church and live the gospel up close, a really special moment.
Nelson is passionate about his work: he conveys knowledge, respect and enthusiasm. We learned a lot with him, and you can ask him everything you want, always answer with patience and a smile.

A really good tour to start your visit in Cape Town
An excellent way to start your trip in Cape Town: this tour gave me a great overview of the city, how big it is, and which areas are worth visiting. The visit to the city center and the Bo-Kaap area was lovely, going up to the viewpoint was fabulous, and driving down along the beach area was truly spectacular. And Nelson my guide was very nice and helpful explaining me many historical events and answering my questions about the city.🌊✨
