Great way to spend a few hours. It also has a great museum. The building itself has loads of things to do inside. We didn’t leave enough time to explore everything. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for value for money is we paid to go to the top. It was great but I think the 2nd floor from the top would be just as good. 2nd floor has the glass floor and still loads to see and do on the way down. Must do for Shanghai especially with kids/teenagers
Take the elevator to the main deck at 263 meter, there you will find a 360-degree observation deck plus a transparent walk around the tower. You can go even higher to the space capsule at 350 meters, this however isn't really worth it unless you want to learn a bit about space and see some space pictures.
