The castle is intresting, not quiet what we were expecting but cool. It has turned more into a gallery / museum for artifacts from across Milan rather than the castle itself. The guide was nice, knowledgeable ect. No criticism of her but feel this could be done with an audio guide on sale at entry. Would I recommend it? Yes but equally feel a guide is not necessary.
Very nice tour, but A BIG 0 FOR VIATOR, which invents a location to exchange tickets whose address does not exist, and furthermore, this exchange is not necessary. Update your site urgently; the guide is picking up people like us who are running in front of the castle. Regarding the tour, the guide was very competent and pleasant. Nice tour.
I was originally scheduled for a tour at 2:00pm . I was contracted by the tour provider that I needed to change the asap or my tour would be canceled. I was given a choice of two times and I abruptly chose 4:00 pm. After speaking with my husband, he informed we would be unable to make the 4:00 pm tour so please ask for a refund. The tour company stated they could not do a refund. I said ok, could you at least give me a credit to participate in the tour another day? They declined and said they would not give me a credit either. So I basically lost almost $300 for nothing. I am very unhappy with this situation and it could have been handled much better.

The refund request could be processed only in 2 cases: - the tour did not take place - the tour is cancelled without a reason The refund was asked less than 24 hours before the tour, every modification or cancellation has to be done before 24 hours; this is a policy of the Viator, which is clearly written when you book the experience (it is stated that you can receive a refund if you cancel the tour not after the 24 hours). Anna gave us the most amazing tour of the Sforza Castle. She had so much history packed into her brain it was amazing how much she shared with us! Including all the info behind Michaelangelo’s last work. It was really breathtaking to know he was working on that 5 days before his death at 88! Anna was so passionate about everything. We were lucky to have her all to ourselves on this day. Don’t miss this!

My husband and I had an enjoyable tour of Sforza Castle, the surrounding areas and the two connected museums. Our tour guide was informative, interesting and well equipped to share a ton of great knowledge about what we were looking at. As someone who loves history and art this tour was a great combo of both! Plus how cool to see an unfinished Michelangelo statue?!
The tour guide waited for all the group even though we stared 10 min late. The ear pieces made it easy to follow along. We loved learning the history behind the buildings and artwork.
