Horrible experience - do not recommend
This was altogether horrible experience. The tour operator is completely inept and Viator did not respond to my text messages. We were contacted by our tour operator 2 days before our tour - they said they had some “technical difficulties” in procuring our tickets for 9:30 AM Seville Alcazar tour for Aug 8. So they were offering us 11:15 pm the same day which we could not do since we already had other reservations for 1:30 pm that day.
I was then offered 12:15 pm the next day Aug 9 and I took that option even though it’s in the heat of the day. The tour operator then sent us vouchers for a completely incorrect tour - Seville Cathedral and Giralda for the stated time.
I tried to contact both the tour operator (on the Whatsapp number they reached out from) and Viator but neither responded to any if my messages. I ended up buying tickets to Alcazar at the door at 1 pm for my family of 4.
Completely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience.
