I enjoyed my day on this tour, even though the weather didn't cooperate in the morning. It's common on the Azores to have "Atlantic" weather (winds, rain, fog, mist), so we weren't able to get clear views of all the spots. But our guide made sure to swing back around later in the day so we could get a better look. Definitely recommend a rain jacket and umbrella if the forecast calls for it. Our guide was friendly and pleasant. I would've liked more facts about the sights we were seeing, the Azores, Portugal, etc. It also would have been cool to have maybe some local music or the radio playing since we had a quieter group. I would still recommend overall! Also a note if you have dietary requirements, I booked the tour without lunch as a vegan because I wasn't sure what the lunch would include. One person went off to do their own thing, but most of us agreed to have the buffet lunch at the restaurant called Sao Nicolau. The buffet itself didn't have many options for vegans and vegetarians, but the staff was super accommodating and made me vegan nuggets (Heura brand, I believe) as well as a lovely tomato soup, so I was able to have those with the naturally vegan things in the buffet like rice, potatoes, bread, and salad. For dessert, they brought me a big slice of local pineapple along with my espresso. So I felt like it was worth 17 euros, especially considering they were so helpful!

Good interesting tour
It was a full day in an 8 seater Mercedes vito driver/ guide was professional and friendly. It was Sunday and a few places were closed the weather was generally good although one lake was totally cloudy bound. Lunch was ok a little crowded. Worth doing the tour for sure

Enjoyable day. Saw lots of different natural wonders of the island. Some elements of the itinerary description were absent (no liqueur tasting) but didn't detract. Even had a few moments with fewer other people as sites were all quite busy. Would do another one.
