Semi-Private Capri Boat Tour with Snorkeling & Island Visit

Great day. The crew of Tony, Tony and Rosa made the day. Recommend this boat trip around the Capri with 4 hours on the island.

If I could rate this zero I would. Do not purchase any tickets from sorrentotickets.info. I booked a tour and got two confirmation emails. Their tour excursion book and both emails say "hotel" pick up accommodation. Nowhere in the emails did it state to look for a third email to confirm the correct pickup location. This third email that I never knew to look for based on the communication given to me went to spam as it was from an employee, so the address got flagged as it was from Italy vs the company email I originaly received just fine. I reached outed around 0715 trying to understand what l needed to do to get on the tour. By that time they were able to confirm that the only way to get on the tour was to go to the marina, as they kept staying they were figuring it out it was 0805. I needed to be at the marina at 0815 and the taxi was a 24 minute taxi drive. When I spoke to the manager she stated it was my fault, that the provider tried to call me many times, which is in fact incorrect, I tried to show them they wanted nothing to do with me or help me, and that I should have known to get to the marina from my hotel. I only wanted a refund but they cannot issue one as it is “my fault”. The manager refused to give me her manager/owner information to try to resolve further. Customer service is terrible and its all a scam if you "mess up" DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR TIME or MONEY. First two images or what “multiple calls” from vendor mean. The 3rd and 4th is when I reached out to try to find a solution to then being told to get a taxi.

Roberto and Antonio were awesome hosts. They were knowledgeable and eager to make our trip memorable. Many thanks for a great day. Those two guys are the best.

We actually used this company for 5 individual trips - Pompeii, Herculean, Vesuvius, Almafi coast/Positano and exclusive boat to Capri. Absolutely spot on. So helpful at the desk in Sorrento , and very chatty. Explaining the best options for us. Couldn’t recommend anyone better. The exclusive boat was the best as was pick up and drop off from where we were staying - drinks and snacks on board. The guys we had on the boat made the day. Also the guide on Capri so funny, friendly and made the whole day memorable

recommended by the B&B where we were staying, we booked a boat excursion from Sorrento to Capri with the possibility of swimming in the crystal clear waters of the island. In the morning we were picked up in front of the structure to be taken to the port, where they were waiting for us. On the boat we were welcomed by Antonio and Giuseppe who, with their kindness, immediately put us at ease. Between a chat and an explanation, the group made up of people from different countries who were completely unrelated, transformed into adventure friends. Bathing in a cove, returning to a fresh water spring, a sunset with breathtaking colours, between dancing and a good glass of prosecco. they made us live a unique experience. In Capri we were assisted by Giovanni who, with his friendly but at the same time professional manner, advised us on how to get around to best experience the island. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic day. Fun, helpful guide Guido and excellent captain. Van ride to and from the port was flawless. Beautiful day and cruise around the island, highlighted by a 30 minute swim in the ocean. Only 12 people on the boat max. They provided 4 hours on land and great advise. Even in late September, the island was very crowded. The only negative was the blue bus (which has nothing to do with the boat cruise, I know). Getting a ride back from Anacapri was challenging. They kept changing the pickup site and people were skipping the queue. The on site bus company employee did nothing to stop this.

Such a memorable experience! Great time and accommodations. They picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off at the end of the day. Made everything easy!!

Beast value we spent on excursions while we were in Sorrento. Have money for bus or taxi on island, and tip boat crew. We did the Capri Blue Grotto Experience. semi private boat tour from Sorrento to Capri. Takes up to 12 people, approx. 35 Ft cabin cruiser. They also supplied sandwich, water, soft drinks and beer. Mini van pickup and drop off to your hotel. You pay $18 euro for blue grotto if you want to do it. Then drop you on Capri for 3-4 hours. Then back on boat to see more grottos around Island, then swim, return to Sorrento about 3pm. Excellent captain and crew.

Worst travel experience of my life. They sold the package as an OPEN BAR (and we Brazilians know what an open bar is, right people?) and I was treated rudely when I got a water and a coke when I went to get off the boat. The employee who piloted the boat approached me rudely and said that it wasn't an open bar and that if I wanted a COCA COLA (yes, reader, a COCA COLA) I should ask for it and not take it. I got the coca cola after asking the other professional twice and being IGNORED. The way the professional approached me was as if I had stolen a Coca Cola (guys, again, a COCA COLA, not a Veuve Clicquot). When complaining to the agency, amazingly: THE AGENCY SAID THAT THE BEER WAS NOT FREE AND THAT MY FRIEND AND I DRINKED 5 IN TOTAL. Hey? What if I took 50? Wasn't it an open bar? And what's more: he accused me of STOCKING DRINKS (because I took a WATER AND A COKE) before getting off the boat. I have everything recorded in messages. When you have already paid and are on the boat they come with a little talk that you can only have two beers per person. But what about coke? And the Water? You can't STOCK! Hahahaha! Summary: It ruined my day in CAPRI. I felt like a Coca Cola thief and an alcoholic for drinking 5 beers with my friend. Well, as the agency seemed to be having trouble supplying beer, water and Coca Cola, I bought the beers and returned them to the employee. I had lunch at a wonderful restaurant, drank my limoncello spritz and paid with pleasure. I work for this, amen brothers?
