We had a lovely time paddling around looking at the sights. The team were really helpful telling us good places to go. Really nice family activity. Thank you. If you want to see the inner city, you need to book for four hours, although I think that would have been too much for us. Longer trip better if you have fit teenagers or a double kayak for a younger child.
Overall great experience. It’s perfectly located. We rented for 2 hours which is perfect to boat through the canals and lakes. You pass the many beaches where people are sunbathing and swimming. The staff is super friendly.
Easy to book, easy to get to, easy check-in and easy check-out. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have been kayaking for 45 years and I have never rented equipment in such excellent condition - a pleasant surprise that makes your experience so much easier and more enjoyable. They provide a map with several options to enjoy depending upon the time you have and weather conditions. They offer instructions for beginners. If you are a beginner, it would be best to pay attention to- there some tight channels to maneuver if small boats pass you. We had a great trip around 2 islands and enjoyed seeing the boats and architecture from the water side. They have created an experience that gives you an opportunity to have an enjoyable kayaking experience in Stockholm.

They still charged us for a drybag but our reservation included it. Fun though. It was pretty windy, so be prepared for that.

The kayak was good, and the experience was good once we were paddling, however the purchase through Viator included various items, including a dry bag. This can be seen in the photos. This booking detail was shown to the operator, however they refused to allow us the use of a dry bag unless we paid extra. When politely challenged on this, they were adamant that it was our problem and not theirs. This was rude and poor customer service, and with no responsibility for their own business issues, and all for a relatively small sum of money. Not a good experience, and very unnecessary
In a watery city like Stockholm it's a must to get some views from the water-- ferry, a tour or kayak, or all three. It was a gorgeous sunny and warm day. Read what to bring! And no bathrooms on site! Well worth it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They'll set you up.and send you out. I rented for two hours and was out a little over an hour -- enjoyed it all.
Nice and professional staff, easy to book through the website, great route around Långholmen, highly recommended.
