A
Frustrated operator
Gubbio was really worth a visit. I had trouble achieving continuity with the tour. This could have been operator error, rather than an issue with the tour. I had trouble changing from the map, to the information, and ended up going back to the beginning each time and scrolling through the locations to find the appropriate information.
Operator response

We’ll review the transition between map, directions and information to make the experience easier to follow. Your comments are very helpful for improving it.
