Description
It is a three hour tour, which combines a relaxed ride along the flat river side route with interesting tales from Portugal’s history and references to both ancient and modern architectural sites. Starting from our office, we go around the Cais do Sodré Central Station, heading to the 25 of April bridge and then to the iconic Belem Tower. It is really pretty and you’ll have a really good time. Find excellent spots for bright and sunny pictures. Discover the Marina and the bridge underneath sight perspectives. Get to know the historical background and the characters that participate in the journeys towards India, Africa and America. Discover how the Portuguese built their overseas empire in the XV and XVI centuries. You will see some of the most important monuments from different periods. The Cristo Rei giant statue, the MAAT, Electricity and Carriage museums, the Discoverie monument and the Geronimo’s Monastery. All of this align in our tour.

Great way to experience the Lisbon Waterfront
The tour operator and the whole experience was excellent. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable of local points of interest. He was also attentive to our needs throughout. The tour itself was great for the whole family with our early teens. Segways are a fun way to tour the waterfront. Bikes would be a good choice too. A great memory with lots of photos. I recommend it without hesitation!

So nice, we didn't even care about the rain and wind
We couldn't have asked for a better riverside Segway tour in Lisbon. The fact that Margarida, our guide, was as kind, helpful and knowledgeable as she was, made such a difference. She spoke perfect English as well and looked out for us to make sure we were safe. And did I mention how much fun Segways are? Again, we had a great experience... and will be going on another tour, this time on our visit to Porto. Thank you Margarida and Boost :)

Belem Segway Tour-Peter is the best!
Fantastic! We covered significant ground on the segway and felt like VIPs as we cruised along the waterway. Peter was the most knowledgeable, fun tour guide--the guy knew everything...ancient history, WW2 intrigue, Harry Potter, food, you name it. He shared his personal family story and how it related to Portugal's history. Plus, Peter gave us great advice about the ferry and restaurants. As tours go, this is the best bang for the buck. A must-do!

Belem segway tour
What a great experience! I was a bit nervous about the segways but it was super easy and fun. This is definitely a great way to tour Belem. We were able to customize a bit as it was a private tour so we were able to see and taste things we missed in the past when we visited Belem. It was a very hot day so it was perfect to do the tour in the morning and riding the segways helped us to stay cool. Our guide Joao was very knowledgeable and great fun. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent way to see Lisbon and have some fun
A great excursion for a group of six friends wanting to do a fun activity together but also appreciate some of the culture and history of Lisbon. Miguel was an excellent guide - reassuring to first time Segway riders, super friendly and full of contemporary and historical Lisbon knowledge. An excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Intresting tour - fun for kids
Miguel was our guide to the Belem segway tour. Miguel was our guide. We were three people, myself and two teenagers ages 17 and 14. The tour was excellent, My children enjoyed using the segway and hearing Miguel's guidance. He is a pleasant person to talk with and his guidance is interesting with a lot of knowledge about Lisbon and Portugal. He has a lot a patience to children. He taught them few tricks with the segway Segways functioned without any problem. Meeting was on time at the location. Be aware that the store is usually closed and only opens at the scheduled time. If you have time I recommend the near by ice cream shop - few meters from the shop. Miguel has invited us to ice cream there and it was delicious.
