This 3-hour off-road adventure puts you behind the wheel of your own ATV as you explore rugged western Sedona trails, towering canyon walls, rocky desert terrain, and wide-open views sightseeing buses will never reach. You get the fun of a real ATV ride without the stress of figuring out the route yourself. Our friendly local guides lead the tour, stop at scenic viewpoints, and share the stories, geology, and desert know-how that make this landscape unforgettable. Great for couples, families, friends, and groups looking for a guided Sedona ATV adventure with big views, local insight, and plenty of trail time. Please arrive 30 minutes before tour time. Itinerary
The West Sedona Canyon Tour area is about 8 miles west of Sedona. Make your own way to the departure point and from there, you will be taken to the trailhead in a 15-passenger van. The 3-hour tour begins when you arrive at the trailhead. This is the outback of the West Sedona Valley, where over 40 movies have been filmed over the years. There is over a hundred miles of trails to choose from, which provides your guide with the opportunity to customize each tour based on the age, interests and skill levels of the group. You’ll be awestruck by a view of the Verde Valley from the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain, over 800 feet above the valley floor. And don’t be surprised if some antelope run alongside you as you drive along the valley floor! For your safety and comfort, wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring your sunglasses. Also, bring your camera; the views are spectacular!

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour and our Guide Tom was very funny, knowledgeable and made it enjoyable. He gave us enough breaks along the way, free cold water and snacks. And then we had plenty time for pictures. I would go again.

Spent about 2.5 hours driving around seeing different sites and getting a little education along the way. Jordan was fantastic tour guide and our family of four had a great time. Very dusty so we would recommend long sleeved shirts! Definitely recommend!
