Fantastic! Communication from the moment we booked with all the details we needed. Picked up on time and the guide was lovely. Chatting and asking questions. There was 3 of us to one guide and she made sure we were all happy when teaching us about the equipment and signs before moving on. In the water she took things slowly and made sure everyone was happy and safe before moving on and going deeper in the sea. Stayed close to us the whole time and even pointed out things for us to look at. We paid extra for the go pros and was definitely worth it. Link with all photos and videos was sent over a few hours after drop off. Will definitely use again!

Was in contact with the operator personally because of some technical problems. Always got a response quickly and had a smooth experience. They really are an organisation that knows what they’re doing and are good with training newbies like myself. Friendly people and had nice conversations as well. Would definitely recommend!

A simply fantastic diving experience! It was my first time diving and from the first moment they made me feel at ease. The staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive to safety from the very first moment. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to explain everything correctly. The seabed was breathtaking, rich in life, and with incredible visibility. A special thanks to the instructors (Matteo and Marion) for their patience and passion. An unforgettable adventure that I highly recommend to everyone!

We had a really great experience with Puerto Rico Diving. It was our first time diving, and for both my father and me it was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. Everyone was really friendly and took the time to explain everything properly, which made us feel very comfortable. The transport from our hotel also worked smoothly. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, hands down. From the very first moment the whole team made us feel welcome and completely at ease. The instructors were outstanding. Genuinely passionate, patient and professional. They started with a proper introductory course on land, explaining all the equipment, the hand signals and the safety procedures step by step, making sure everyone had understood before we even got close to the water. Once we went in, they stayed with us the entire time, never leaving anyone behind and constantly checking that we were comfortable. Even as a beginner, I never felt rushed or out of my depth. I always felt safe and in extremely good hands, which made it possible to just relax and enjoy the underwater world. And what a world it is: the moment you go under, everything else disappears. The organisation was flawless from start to finish, the equipment in perfect condition, and the atmosphere friendly and fun throughout. It’s absolutely worth every single euro. Honestly, it’s the kind of experience you’d happily pay more for. If I could give it more than five stars I would give it ten. Highly recommended to anyone, whether you’ve dived before or never tried it. I can’t wait to come back!
