We booked the tickets for 3pm. On the day of our boat ride, I received a text from viator that there was not enough people for the boat trip. They offered a 5pm trip but we could not make that time due to other plans. They then offered a 7pm trip which we could not make as well. I requested a full refund but they said that's not poissible because I purchased my tickets through a 3rd party, which I did not. I've been waiting on someone to call me so that we can work this out but I haven't heard from anyone. I hope this review will cause someone to call me before I escalate this issue.
It was a lot of fun. Best experience ever. Do recommend this ride to all to try. Will have to go back again!

We arrived over 30 minutes early. Boat ride scheduled for 1.5 hours to see dolphin and sunset. We set out at 7:08 PM. Saw only one fin of a dolphin, the captain and 2nd did an awful job of acting like they just couldn’t find any and it was obvious they wanted to just be done. We did a few more maneuvers which were fun but arrived back to the dock LESS than an hour after we left. For $200 this was NOT worth the price or time. Also, wouldn’t recommend for any child under 8 year of age. 2 out of 3 children on board were crying, that’s an observation and nothing to do with the operators themselves. Save your money, book the sea screamer or pray that the Sea Patriot comes back.
Hello there, I’m sorry for the mix up but all of our tours are only 1 hour long. We have never had tours scheduled for 1.5 hours except the annual fireworks tours on July 4th celebrations. All tours are 1 hour in length. As far as the dolphins are concerned, we can’t control them. Some days there are many and some days we can’t find them. We are primarily a thrill ride, hence the name Scream Machine. Dolphin viewing is just a small portion of each tour. If watching the sunset and seeing Dolphins is your primary objective, then I would recommend the sea screamer for that.
Amazing experience and worth every penny. We really enjoyed this experience. Prepare to get wet and hold on tight!

Got a confirmation email. We Showed up 30 minutes early and the check in booth was closed. We went to another check in booth who told us to wait by the dock. No one ever came. We spoke with restaurant worker at “the dock” and they attempted to call the boat owner with no response. We stayed past the start time and nobody showed up. Extremely disappointing and a waste of our time.
Hi there, we spoke about this in the email I sent you. There was an API connectivity issue between TripAdvisor and our booking software company. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do about this. It was a technical glitch out of our control.We are refunding your purchase and I even offered you a free ride next time in town it’s about all I can do. I’m sorry for your inconvenience, but the screen machine will be here for many years to come if you ever wish to try again.

What an amazing testament of God's timing and the goodness of people. While on the ride, the tour guide decided to wait an extra minute or two for rain to pass & while waiting we realized 2 people had fallen from a pontoon boat nearby. Our guides were calm, but quick to respond & w/ help rescued both! God is so good! 5☆s is not enough!!!
