We were giving the choice of going with a guide at no extra fee- but the tour was crowded and moved quickly, with not enough time to view the exhibits and it didn't allow us to go back and see the film at the beginning. I think I would have preferred to go thru at my own pace

Words cannot do the Museum justice. A must if visiting Krakow.
We booked a guided tour as we believed it was the only option available as we booked last minute. (There were no tickets available on the museum website and the only tickets available through booking websites all involved guides.) However, when we got to the museum there was a queue of people, who were just waiting to buy tickets only. The people I spoke to said they’d had to wait half an hour but they did get in. Our tour guide was efficient and open to questions. However, the pace of the visit was too fast and we were unable to read the displays at leisure. At the end of the tour, we went back to revisit some of the exhibits (though we were possibly not meant to). The museum was informative about life in Krakow during the war and to a lesser extent, the part Schindler played in it. It left us wanting to find out more about the history.
A well presented exhibit on Schindler and his workers and the conditions they had to survive in.
Great museum although it was much too rushed. The exhibits are all in small rooms and with 25 people in the group there was often insufficient room for the group to fit and hear the guide. By the time you got to the room the guide was moving to the next room so you were oblivious to what was said. As well the guide spoke way too fast for having a Polish accent so it was difficult to understand it even if you were close enough to hear her. There was no time to read and digest the exhibits. I would not recommend a guided tour. We tried to go in on our own and were told we had to buy another ticket and wait in a huge cue outside with no guarantee we would get in waiting the day away in the line. Apparently they let one or two into the museum in between guided tours but they wouldn't really say how it works. Nothing was learned on this tour after having done the Auschwitz Tour and the Jewish Quarter walking tours. As well very little of this tour focuses on Oscar Schindler. The Museum should get a location that can handle the amount of people that want to visit and truly pay respect to the history of it allbh allowing people the time required.
Tickets were provided the day before via message/text. Super easy to download the pdf and walk right in without waiting in a line
Had a booking confirmation back in February for Schindlers Factory in late July, 2 adult tickets with a tour guide. This was cancelled by Viator the day before the visit. I booked again but made a mistake with the date. When I realised they would not offer a refund at all. It’s ok when they cancel having confirmed the trip but if you make a mistake you go not chance. Do not go through VIATOR, your contract you think is with them isn’t they pass your order on to others but don’t tell you. AVOID VIATOR.
Not worth the visit, if you do go remember your ID as had to go away and come back, missing our tour we had paid extra for.
It was good but a lot of information. Especially after seeing Auschwitz.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Visiting both Schindler's Factory and Auschwitz is indeed a deeply emotional and information-heavy experience. It can be very overwhelming to process so much history in a short time. We hope the depth of the exhibition was still meaningful to you. Best regards, KrakowBooking Team
Con artists. They took our booking and our money about a month before our trip to visit Schindler's factory. We had booked for a time in the mid afternoon knowing that we had to get through the airport, taxi to the hotel and then later we had booked a meal at a restaurant. Literally the day beforehand, our booking (2.50pm) was cancelled and we were offered 1.20pm (which would be extremely tight with the airport) or 5.45pm which would conflict with our evening meal. I said neither was convenient so what were our options. No reply. I reluctantly said we would take 1.20pm and would try to rush there to make it work because they gave us no options. When it became obvious we wouldn't be able to make it because of delays at the airport, we contacted them to ask for a rearranged time/date - their response? No, because we agreed to 1.20pm (which we did only because our booking was cancelled without our ageement). I asked for a refund. Answer - get lost. Eventually I persuaded them to give me 50% back leaving me hugely out of pocket. Save yourself hassle and having to deal with con artists and book direct with the venue and get a cab to ensure you control your entry time. Avoid this company at all costs
We are truly sorry for the stress and frustration this caused. The museum strictly limits daily entry times, meaning last-minute schedule changes by the venue can force us to rebook slots. However, we deeply regret how our team handled your situation and the lack of flexibility. We will review our communication to ensure we handle scheduling conflicts much better. Best regards, KrakowBooking Team
