Soothing balm for body and mind aaah
I am so loving adding this sauna experience to my days. Nipping in before yoga class or luxuriating here in its own right. I was reading recently some research about the power of 4 minutes in the cold plunge at 6 degrees and I m starting to encorporate this almost daily here in this welcoming tranquil hangout

Grreat Heat & Harmony Rain or Shine!
We were in Brighton for the day and looking for somewhere to hang out while the rain came down - OMG this was such a find! Located in the Lanes district in the centre of town and what a beautiful welcoming and hidden sanctuary. Great super clean facilities including changing rooms with lockers - a good sized sauna, wide benches great heat and the cold-plunges out side in their courtyard setting. Deffo coming here again, rain or shine!
