Ajla had a good idea of the local foods and where to obtain them while giving me a rundown of the local and City’s history. WE also visited various traditional artisans workshops and these artisans were very happy and willing to show me this aspect of their lives.
Great tour, beautiful city, really knowledgeable guide. I was a really good family tour, the food was fantastic and it was so nice to learn more about the yhe local crafts.
We had the Sarajevo food and craft tour yesterday and our guide was Tarik. He was a brilliant guide showing us some very interesting sights round Sarajevo. He shared some personal stories which was fantastic to hear and everything we ate on the tour was delicious. We was shown a copper craft show which was very interesting and we even went back to buy something. He also showed us some hidden gems to eat from and had coffee with us at the very end. Tarik was friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. An absolute highlight of our trip to Sarajevo. Thank you Tarik
We had a wonderful time exploring Sarajevo and learning about the food, culture, and history from our fantastic guide, Ajla! The tour has a nice mix of trying foods with visiting crafts shops. We also saw many sights in the city center. This food tour is an excellent way to see the city and try foods/drinks you may not know about otherwise.
Ajla was really nice and showed us the best places for food and craft. You get a good variety of everything. :)
This was a great introduction to a visit to Sarajevo. We got to sample a good number of traditional local foods in spots where I might not venture on my own. We also visited some local craft stores. Benjamin, our guide was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about Bosnian culture. The walking was relaxed with just the right amount of time in each spot. Thanks very much.
We really enjoyed our 2 hour walking tour with Ajna. She showed us the important sights in Sarajevo but also told us a balanced narrative in the city and its history. Would definitely recommend a 2 hour tour because I don't know how you could see and learn all of this in just one hour We did not do the food tour but that was the only option I could find on trip advisor that was close.
Absolutely brilliant tour of the best food and crafts found in Sarajevo! The tour guide was frie day, knowledgeable, and well connected to the city. It was a great day!
Kiki was an amazing guide. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about the food and the history of Sarajevo. She was also great with my daughter who can be kind of shy, by the end of the tour she was holding Kiki’s hand and told me how much she liked her. We loved the experience and the food was outstanding. We go on lots of tours as a full time traveling family and my daughter told me this one was her favorite overall. So well thought out and a great selection of Bosnian comfort food. Bring your appetite!!
Dear guest, Thank you very much for this beautiful review. We are so happy to hear that you and your daughter enjoyed the tour with Kiki. It means a lot to know that she made your daughter feel comfortable and that the food tour became her favorite experience. Thank you for joining us and for your kind recommendation! Best regards, Meet Bosnia Tours Team
