Overall, this was an extremely well run tour with WhatsApp being used for communication. The responses were instant throughout and any minor issues were immediately resolved. The value for money was outstanding. We stayed in 4 hotels and took 5 internal flights, with VIP private vehicles for all transfers. The hotels all had pros and cons, but they are sensibly chosen and all in prime locations. I particularly enjoyed the hotel at Kusadasi which overlooks a castle and the island of Samos. The day tours were generally excellent and we were surprised how private they were, which enhanced the experience hugely. We were joined by zero, one or two people most days, though Cappadocia was busier. Not everything was perfect, but overall the day tours exceeded our expectations. I recommend taking lots of cash to Turkey, as some places charge as much as 10% on card purchases and ATM fees are high. I also recommend booking extra nights in Istanbul, which requires extra time and possibly Cappadocia if you’re looking to do the hot air balloon trip, as they do get cancelled for bad weather. Balloonscanner.com is a useful website to book the balloon trip in advance. Understandably you will pay very slightly more if you book extra activities through the tour operators, which is fine for smaller purchases, but the balloons are expensive, especially for multiple travellers. The schedule is hectic, but action-packed. If I did it again, I would add a couple of extra nights to break things up. Thank you to the team, who helped us enjoy a wonderful time in Turkey.

I have just finished a fantastic 10-day organized tour in Turkey and I can only express my complete satisfaction. The itinerary was well-designed and allowed us to discover some of the country's most precious gems, combining history, culture and breathtaking landscapes. Our journey began in vibrant Istanbul, a city that enchants with its rich history and unique atmosphere. From there, we took a flight to Izmir and headed to Kusadasi, a pleasant seaside resort that was our base for exploring the ancient ruins of Ephesus and the incredible terraces of Pamukkale. Ephesus took us back in time, with its imposing remains that testify to the grandeur of the ancient city. Pamukkale, with its white limestone waterfalls and natural pools, was a true wonder for the eyes. Next, we flew to Antalya, a fascinating city with a beautiful harbor. Finally, the highlight of our trip was Cappadocia. This magical place literally captivated us with its surreal landscapes, underground cities and rock-cut churches. The experience of witnessing a Sufi ritual was particularly touching and allowed us to connect with the local spirituality and culture in a profound way. The tour organization was impeccable. The transfers were smooth, the hotels comfortable and the guides knowledgeable and passionate.
