- During November & March Akrotiri Archaeological Site is not visited
- For Cruise passengers when they off at the old port of Fira by the tender boat they take cable car and then they can walk to NST Experiences point(Fira Departure point) and they take our bus .
- Children under 4 years old will not reserve a seat on the bus. They will sit on parents' lap

I had a wonderful experience with this day tour! The pick up location was within walking distance from my hotel and arrived on time. I loved that our tour guide was multilingual and was friendly. We’ve covered most of the island which was convenient for me since I had a short stay in Santorini. Overall I loved the experience and I highly recommend it!

All round this was a bit of a disappointment. We were a large family party with nine booked and paid passengers. On the plus side, Akrotiri was amazing and the guide for that was very, very good. On the negative, we were made to stand outside the office for over half an hour in the hot sun going out. We had two small babies under one and many young children, and there was no shade or seating. At times, we felt belittled by a draconian guide when we spoke about even the smallest issues, including a dropped baby dummy on the floor. Unfortunately it is very difficult for native English speakers to remain dead silent during extended commentaries in other languages- I’m not referring to the Greek mother tongue, but other European languages that the tour was being simultaneously run in. The bus broke down after the time in Oia and we had to transfer to another bus, which was not impressive. During this hasty and unscheduled stop, we left behind some belongings on the bus. Although I both phoned and emailed the company, no attempt was made by them for me to be able to collect them. Just disappointing all round. I suppose you get what you pay for.

The waiting period is necessary to ensure that all participants have arrived and can be checked in before the tour begins. As this is a shared group tour, the excursion cannot depart until all registered guests have been accounted for. We are sorry if the guide's reminders came across as strict. During multilingual tours, guides are responsible for ensuring that all participants can hear the commentary and that the tour operates smoothly and on schedule. Any instructions given were intended solely to ensure the best possible experience for the entire group. Unfortunately, the vehicle experienced an unexpected mechanical issue after Oia. While this was beyond our control, we arranged a replacement bus as quickly as possible so that the tour could continue with minimal disruption. Regarding the belongings you mentioned, we have carefully checked our records. While we received your phone call, we have no record of any email regarding this matter. Had we received one, we would have followed up immediately in accordance with our lost-and-found procedure. Finally, we would like to emphasize that this is a shared multilingual group tour, and every effort is made to provide all guests with a pleasant experience while ensuring the tour operates fairly and efficiently for everyone. Meeting point was very confusing. Especially considering this sis a lengthy tour and that is not clear in the description of the tour. On top of that the cable car was delayed which is not the tour company’s fault but the overall experience was quite rushed and harrowing. We would have liked to spend more time in Oia or the scenic and photographic areas rather than chase down alleyways in the heat. Guide was great but it was too much walking in the heat without much areas of interest.

Unfortunately, in order to keep the tour on schedule for all participants, our guide had to maintain the planned pace. This tour is designed as a walking experience through Oia's pedestrian streets, allowing guests to visit viewpoints and hidden corners that are inaccessible by vehicle. While many guests enjoy this style of tour, we understand that walking in the summer heat may not be ideal for everyone. This was a wonderful day tour- broken down into activities, free time, and led by dynamic guides. The day started with a pick-up at a bus stop close to our hotel, where we were taken to a super comfortable (AC!) bus and led throughout the day. We made several tops for photos along the way—including at the top of the mountain, a roadside view of the caldera. The guide who led most of our tour was named Christina and she was a fantastic speaker- super engaging and knowledgeable about local history, agriculture, landmarks and super friendly. She even was from one of the villages we went to (Perissa) and navigated us with ease through a beautiful pedestrian village there. At Akitori, we had a different tour guide (Susannah) who was super animated and fun to listen to, spinning the mysteries of that buried city and its hidden wonders. What made this tour particularly fun in that in between the exciting stops and knowledge shared along the way, there would be free time given at various areas like Perissa and Oia- where you choose how you want to spend your time from their recommendations. Altogether, it was a lovely way to see so much of Santorini— a great driver, comfortable ride, and strong presenters too!

Really enjoyed this day, it was a long day almost 12 hours from pick up to drop off so be prepared. The only thing which was misleading is that the entrance fee for Akrotiri site was not included as stated. Apart from that a busy interesting day.

Stress free way to see a lot of awesome sights and enjoy experiences. We stayed at a hotel in Oía and the tour company sent a driver to pick us up. We joined up with the rest of the group on a comfortable bus. The tour guide spoke very clearly and gave myth stories and scientific explanations of the volcano and other natural formations. Our first stop was at the highest point on Santorini, up by the monastery. We could see forever. Then we traveled down to the prehistoric site of Akrotiri. This part was the most interesting to me. We had an archaeologist guide that explained all the ruins and answered our questions. I felt at that point the tour had paid for itself. And we still had more to go. We stopped by a small village and explored the narrow alleyways and churches, then went down to Perissa Beach to watch the sea and eat stuffed calamari. So delicious! We then went for wine tasting at a local winery. The Santo Vino was amazing. We ended our trip at Oía for sunset viewing.

Kristini our guide was superb it was an english and french tour but there were spanish and portuguese and she accommodated her knowledge and languages are phenomenal. The driver of the bus was professional and kind. Suzannah who was the guide at the Akitiri archeology site was superb made it very interesting and got us to use our imagination. Enjoyed everything even though it was a long trip it did not feel it, the beautiful church and Monestry the mountain view and Perissa beach where we stopped for lunch, then wine tasting followed on to see the sunset at Oia such an amazing trip

We took a one-day trip to Santorini, and while the island is undeniably beautiful, the experience was quite disappointing. Santorini was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the famous views or even walk comfortably through the streets. It was also noticeably hotter than other parts of Greece we visited, which made sightseeing even more exhausting. Unfortunately, our schedule was changed, and instead of having around two hours to explore Fira, our free time was reduced to less than one hour. During that short period, we also had to find a place to eat, leaving almost no time to actually enjoy the town or take in the stunning scenery. Santorini is a breathtaking destination, but a one-day excursion feels too rushed, especially during the busy summer season. If possible, I would recommend staying at least one or two nights to experience the island at a more relaxed pace.

Check with Viator what time you need to be at the Pick up Point as whilst ticket stated 10:30 that was the leaving time in Fira and not Kamari where our pick up point was! They picked up outside the Erokitos bakery at 10am so we missed it. We called them and they moved it to the next day. The trip itself was very good and Cristina our guide and Nikons our driver were very knowledgeable and nice people.
