The service was very pleasant, the food was exquisite. The place is very beautiful

We did the classic tour and it's not worth it. Overly touristy, visits scheduled one after the other, and there is no possibility to taste in peace. I do not recommend them

The Viña Santa Rita is a historic and beautiful winery, but the quality of the guided experience may not meet the expectations of all visitors. If the goal is an immersive tour with a striking tasting and engaging narrative, it’s worth researching recent reviews and comparing with other wineries before deciding.

We took the selection tour (with pairing and premium wines) and the truth is that everything was a disappointment! I do not recommend it at all! We have been to Viña Concha y Toro, Viña Casas del Bosque, and Viña Vik, and all 3 offer much superior experiences. We found everything here to be of low quality. The guide, the tour itself, and special mention for the poor tasting experience, which they held in a corner of the winery, in tremendous cold; they brought the glasses one by one, the cheeses on a little cardboard tray, all in low light in addition to the cold, and during the whole tour the guide was more worried about telling us about the prices of the wines and insisting that we go buy more soon than about telling us about the characteristics of each one. A disappointment! Having so many other good options near Santiago, I do not recommend this one at all! The service at the ticket office was very poor, and when we finished at 5:45 PM and wanted to go have a warm coffee to get rid of the cold from the winery tasting, they told us it was only for takeout, even though they are supposed to close at 6:00 PM. A horrible experience overall, honestly. The lunch was "okay" but nothing special, considering the price is really high 😥 I would not return. A shame, because we really like taking trips to vineyards and we have visited many in Mendoza too! This has been the worst experience

Everything was very good, the guide, the wines, everything very interesting, even the gentleman who does the transfers was very kind. Just one suggestion: in our case, a family of 4 people, we traveled by UBER and at the time of requesting it, the wait was more than 20 minutes; during that time there is nowhere to sit. We waited with a case of 7 bottles of wine that we bought. You should also think about the customers who travel by ride-sharing apps. Put out some small benches for comfort.

I have taken several tours, and this one has seemed by far the best. The guide Valentina is very well prepared, with extensive knowledge and a willingness to assist and address any questions or concerns. The tasting includes 4 wines with pairings, explaining each wine; the tour covers all stages of production, impeccable.

Mr. Hector led us to the tour of the gardens of the Santa Rita Winehouse in a charrete with Mrs. Paula and Orucu. We know the boutique hotel on the side of the chapel and in front of the lagoon with black necklaces. Many varieties of trees and plants adorn the garden that is surrounded. Outside there are the grape growers We were served at the Wine Shoppe by Chaviera who provided us with information about wines while we tasted. We had lunch at the restaurant and the menu was approved.

The visit on Heritage Day was very nice, but I missed more folkloric groups, and I did not find any stand with tastings of cheeses and chocolates that go very well with the wines; I think they can improve small details that would make the visit more complete. I believe it could be improved by having a live music group and more food trucks. Following your advice: The good thing: the wines***** there was a stand with very good ají tasting ***** there was another stand with very good sourdough bread ***** there were several stands with very good leather crafts **** It would be good to highlight the story of the 120 soldiers holding a contest for artisans who create things with that theme. the bad: very few restrooms for the number of people who were on the visit There was a lack of a stand with charcuterie, jerky, and salami. There was a lack of a stand with chocolates. There was a lack of a stand with cheeses. the circuit through the forest had a lot of dirt, and we ended up with our clothes all dirty.

The place is beautiful, and the tour was an incredible experience! Additionally, very good service and attention.

It was wonderful to know the whole process of making the wine and the history of the vineyard, beautiful and very fun.
