Sandbar, Snorkel, and Sunset Sail in Key West

10/10! We went on my birthday Sept. 9th. My husband and I had the best time! The captain and crew were friendly, knowledgable and attentive! Would definitely book again when we come back to visit!

Can’t say enough great things about this trip! Chase, Anthony & Micha were amazing! The customer service they provided was wonderful, they were also friendly and knowledgeable about the area, wildlife and sailing. We saw a lot of fish, Rays, starfish and we were lucky enough to see a nurse shark while on the boat and while at the sandbar!!! Exciting day!!! This trip was spot on!!!! Will definitely sail again with Danger.

I did not want a cattle boat experience and that’s what drew me to danger charters. It had a max group of 24 which was still larger than I would like but it was affordable. The crew set up some shade for our ride out but unfortunately we ended up on the sunny side anyway. It was super hot and the boat was pretty slow, considering it was a schooner sailboat (and there wasn’t enough wind to put the sails up). Therefore it took a long time to get out to the snorkel site. The website said they provided “premium” snorkel gear which I would argue that was a stretch. It ended up being fine, but would have preferred a dry snorkel, which they did not have. After snorkeling, we went to a sandbar and floated around. They had beer, wine and soft drinks. This was really nice. On the way back, we were hoping they would put the sails up, but they didn’t. They put out pretzels, chips, salsa and hummus. Overall, we had a great time and the crew worked hard to provide a good experience.

A must! First time in the Krys and wow what a way to see and enjoy it with our friends. I snorkled! !

When I tell you this was the best boat charter I have ever taken, believe me!! The captain and crew were so amazing, they made sure everyone felt so welcome and they were so great to talk to! They had water, fresh fruit, and chips and salsa on the boat for us. The locations for the snorkelling and sandbar were absolutely beautiful I never wanted to leave! We saw sharks while snorkelling and dolphins on the way back during the sunset. I actually can't think of how to make this experience anymore perfect. The music was a 10/10, l will definitely be back!

First time visiting the Keys. We truly enjoyed the entire experience with Danger Charters. We have experienced other “tourist trap ” type excursions while traveling and honestly I expected this to be the same and I was ok with that since we had limited time in KeyWest. Boy was I wrong! Captain Micha and First Mate Jennifer were fantastic! From the fruit cups , fresh homemade style chips, salsa, cool fresh water and plentiful amounts of adult beverages we had a great time. They made the trip rather enjoyable and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We had a great time snorkeling and adequate time at a local sand bar. Thanks again to all the team members at Danger charters we will be back again soon.

We’ve been out with them at least 35 times over the last 24 years. We’ve been on all the trips. When we had large groups, we chartered the boat 3 times, including a sunset sail for a wedding rehearsal “dinner.” They never fail to provide exceptional service and a great time. It’s always the best day of the trip!!! Haig, Trevor, Rocky and James are rock stars. If you’d like personal attention, exceptional service in a smaller group setting, and the best day of your trip, definitely book with them! No other operators in Key West compares to them.

We had the best time in this trip. It’s a new core memory as the kids say. The boat was pretty, captain and crew both funny and knowledgeable, the snorkeling was peaceful and the sandbar time was such a ridiculous treat with barrels of beer and a gorgeous view. We did have water so calm it was like glass which made the whole experience extra enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend.
