Every trip I have booked with them gets canceled the night before. If you are traveling solo DO NOT WASTE your time booking. I am finding out in the “fine print” 2 or more

You will spend most of the day in a car. For the viewpoints just google them. The boat trip is good. But be prepared to spend the majority of the day in a car. Seems to be no English offered which is fine as it is not an English speaking country but maybe some sort of card detailing how long etc at stops would be nice. This would be better as a half day trip purely to the boat ride in the canyon.
When you travel to Chiapas you should know that the distances are long to visit the tourist spots, however any experienced traveler will know that, when you go on the Chichen Itza tour from Cancun you spend around 6 hours on the bus there and 5 hours back. From San Cristóbal to the pier it is around 1 hour. And later you board the boat for 2 hours. Disembark in Chiapa de Corzo and you are given one hour. And from Chiapa de Corzo to San Cristóbal de Las Casas is 40 minutes. That is to say, you were by car for around 1 hour 40 minutes, if that is too much for you, you should stop traveling.
We had a great day visiting the Sumidero Canyon & would highly recommend this tour. We were initially a bit frustrated that the tour started with the miradores (we wanted to visit the viewpoints in the afternoon light & had specifically booked this tour as this was the stated itinerary), but we still enjoyed great views & every other element of the tour was great. Be aware that the boat trip is on a speedboat (bring something to tie up your hair!) & that you'll have max 1 hour in the town of Chiapa de Corzo - there's just enough time to get some lunch, but not enough time to explore properly. The guide on the boat was great, and ensured we got close up views of amazing geological formations & wildlife (crocodiles, iguanas, monkeys & various types of birds). All in all a really good tour & great value

Great tour of the canyon. Tour operator drove well and spoke English well. Enjoyed the boat trip, saw lots of wildlife. Boat captain didn't speak English though but that was okay. Free time given in final town which was good.

First, the tour operator was kind enough to pick me up from my hotel even though it was not planned because the overnight bus I was travelling by was delayed and I wouldn't make it to the meeting point on time without their cooperation. Second the tour was supposedly in Spanish which I didn't realise at the time of booking but the guide very sportingly became bilingual to accommodate me and two Canadian ladies. The canyon boat ride was exhilarating as we saw lots of crocodiles and birds, the lunch was sumptuous and the walk through the old Chiapas town was excellent. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Canyon was amazing! I dont understand Spanish but it was a memorable tour. But shuttle pick up after the boat tour wasn't smooth process.

The boat tour is well worth a look. I was able to see three crocodiles as well as really beautiful landscapes.
