A quick, fun history walk
The puzzles were straightforward, mostly consisting of walking to a clued location and collecting information from a historical marker. One location had shut down, so I had to solve its puzzle (the one involving wheels) by doing an image search for the thing that used to be there. But otherwise it went smoothly.
The quest covered a good variety of San Francisco spots and some of the city’s history from the wild days of the late 19th century. Overall, it was a fun way to spend an hour or two.
Bring sunblock and a hat.

Fun
It was fun and we learned some new things about SF>
There is construction on Union Square so it was hard to get close to the monument.
Also, I think you should include some of the Barbary coast neighborhood near Jackson and Columbus.
Operator response
Glad you had fun and learned something new about San Francisco! We appreciate your feedback about Union Square construction and the suggestion to include the Barbary Coast neighborhood. Happy exploring! 🌉

Great idea, needs a bit of refining
Pros: Enjoyed the experience. Would do it again. Learned some interesting things about SF. Challenged the family patients a bit. Would not take kids under the age of 10. Too much walking for them and not enough action. However my kids were 16 to 12 and enjoyed it for the most part. Be prepared to walk a bunch as landmarks were spread out quite a bit. We enjoyed this but don’t think someone that had mobility issues could have participated. Overall everyone enjoyed.
Cons. The sign-up process to get it in our phone was completely confusing and difficult and not user-friendly. Purchased three so we could have numerous phones with the Hunt on it and could only download one. The actual hunt Instructions were a bit vague using right and left instead of north south east west. Landmarks were a bit obscure and could have chosen numerous ones that we walked past. Wished it would have looped and started and ended in the same area.
