Great day with Jack

Jack was a great guide. The only issue was the headphones didn’t work great but it was a perfect day. The bike company should give you a free water instead of leaving the last customers leaky bottle in the bike bag - otherwise great day.

Biking Adventures

We had a fantastic 4-hour bike tour of San Francisco with Marcus. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We covered a large area of the city but never felt rushed, with plenty of time to take in the sights. Marcus also doubled as our photographer for the afternoon, capturing some great memories along the way. The stop for lunch was a pleasant surprise and made the tour even better. Highly recommended!

Navigate the Streets of San Francisco!

What an amazing day my husband and I had with Adam as our enthusiastic guide! My husband asks lots of questions, and Adam answered everyone with great details. He showed us all sorts of interesting things that we would not have found on our own. He gave us restaurant recommendations and we went to one and had a fabulous lunch– the sourdough bowl of clam chowder. Everyone at the bike shop was so helpful and kind and I would recommend this trip to anyone who needs to learn more about San Francisco. The E bikes were easy to use and the hills were easy to navigate with Adam‘s guidance thank you, Adam and Bay City Bikes!

E-bike breezing thru San Francisco

Best part of our SF visit! The staff is amazing! Adam was our tour guide and he gave us a locals view of the city. We saw things no other walking or bus tour could have covered. The EBikes are so cool. They work really well and make riding 10-15 miles up hill a breeze (or breezier than without battery power). Overall highly recommend!

I authorized the credit card immediately to confirm the transaction. We had rented two electric bikes for two hours, and the person told us he wouldn't make a fuss about 5 to 10 minutes. We returned 7 minutes late; he laughed it off at first but charged us for the entire day anyway. He also charged us $15 for insurance that I never purchased. So watch out for these scammers; they have absolutely no regard for customers.

Operator response

Dear Arie, We take customer feedback seriously, and unfortunately we cannot locate your name or reservation in our system for either a 2-hour e-bike rental or a San Francisco guided bike tour. Your review also contains several details that do not align with our booking records or rental procedures, including the claim of being charged for a full additional day over a 7-minute delay without explanation. Insurance charges are disclosed and authorized during the rental process. Additionally, the photos posted appear to have been taken from outside our location, including images of one of our employees without their permission. We have requested that TripAdvisor review this post. If you were in fact our customer, please contact us directly with your confirmation number or rental agreement so we can properly investigate and discuss the matter. Thank you.
