San Francisco Cooking Class: Dumpling Making from Scratch

This cooking class was a lot of fun! Eddie is a fantastic instructor and his feedback on each of our techniques was very positive. It made the entire event stress free. Each person made their own dumplings from scratch and then we had a dinner featuring our results. I would recommend this class to anyone who loves learning how to cook and/or eat!

Eddie is such a gracious and knowledgeable host. He made sure to thoroughly explain how to make the dumplings step by step. It was a great experience!

What a fun class. Who knew that making dumpling skins could be easy, addictive and zen. The presentation was organized and sanitary. Eddie was a good instructor who made the process simple and with his attention to detail and instructive cues you felt you could master the technique.

Chef Eddie was an absolute delight and this course was incredible! My husband and I are both at very different levels of being a chef but both had an equally wonderful experience. It’s an intimate class which allows you to learn so much about the food and how to make it. Our dumplings came out great and we created sauces that were equally delicious to go with them. Would absolutely recommend this for a great date night or vacation activity.

This was an excellent cooking class in an intimate setting. Chef Eddie really knew what he was doing and he did a great job of giving positive feedback and instruction so we all left with confidence. The food tasted amazing and he even taught us how to select a good soy sauce and how to tell the difference between good soy sauce and the salty stuff.

First time taking a cooking class, and have decided this will be a new outlet for me with every bit of travel! Eddie cultivated a really fun and accessible outlet for kitchen newbies like myself with his dumpling making from scratch class. He was highly prepared and professional, while also adding his personality & incorporating others' in the group. I walked away with a simple & tasty recipe to create with others, and much more knowledge regarding food quality, preparation, and how to find the best ingredients for your dish. Highly recommend, whether you're a local or tourist!

Eddie was a great host. He was helpful, thoughtful, and thorough. He helped make a new experience fun and one I want to repeat. It's fun to go to in a group and the dinner was great. It's a fun an easy thing to do and Eddie gives you the skills to do it again.

Definitely a great time! This event was well executed as far as pre-prep by Eddie and the overall flow and live, hands on demonstrations. Just the right amount of encouragement and really putting people at ease and providing help and more guidance when needed. Worth every penny and the overall vibe was good and fun.

Really, really fun! Eddie was an amazing host and our dumplings turned out even better than I could have ever expected. We loved the experience! We will definitely be doing more classes with Eddie in the future.
