Fisherman's Wharf
One of the great pleasures of visiting San Francisco is a stroll along this city’s historic Fisherman’s Wharf. Here visitors can peer down at the fishing crafts riding in the calm water, or pause to watch fishermen mending a net. Most of the boats in view belong to a "third generation" of fishing craft, which have made history at Fisherman's Wharf.
From the days of the Gold Rush until the turn of the century, the San Francisco fishing fleet was composed of lateen-rigged sailboats. They were copies of the craft which the Italian fishermen knew in their native land. Green was the prevailing color of the tiny boats, and the name of a patron saint appeared on the hul

Disappointed
We were told to download the app to claim our voucher onlynto find that the app was not compatible with newer phones. Our phones were 2 years old. We recieved a voucher to redeem, however, at redemption point, staff told us they were unable to redeem the voucher as it was not booked with them. She sent us elsewhere to redeem voucher who told us exactly the same.
We had to purchase new tickets on the day.

Dissatisfied
I wasted 23$ to wait an hour to figure out how to get my ticket . Told once to get off the cable car because I didn’t have my ticket downloaded . Voice tour started late ; didn’t really see much . I could’ve just paid 9$ for a simple ride

Dissapointed!
The directions were virtually nonexistent.
All we had was an address on Taylor St which is the end of one of the cable car lines. Of course we were told by the cable car conductor we were supposed to be downtown where the cable car turns around. I requested a refund but have no response. I will follow up with the emails we received that did nor have the boarding location just more tours we could take.

Cable car tour
The Title is wrong there is no audio guide and the booking is misleading as it suggest you have an allotted time , where as in fact you have to join a queue which is over 1 hour long . You can actually go at any time you please.

Terrible idea
No communication, no details of where to park. Left 5 messages to ask ?s. Thanks for ruining a child hood memory, I fell so bad for elders that are not tech savvy and just want to take a cool experience with out having to download apps to pay. And still no one to call you back to explain a few things.

I felt scammed.
There are so many ways I can explain it. I've been trying to cancel the experience since the day that I've booked it because I realized I booked it on the wrong day. Not only that, but the address for the beginning of the tour was conflicting with so many other different sources. One in particular was the address in the text that was sent versus the address in the email that was sent. Nevertheless, even if I had booked it on the same day, it was stressful because I had a conductors telling me that I was at the wrong spot and they sent me to a completely different location in the city only to find out that we were in the right spot so it was a very poor experience and I'm still waiting on confirmation for cancellation because like I said we weren't able to participate in the experience because initially the wrong day was booked so that's $69 that we wasted only to be frustrated and walking around downtown San Francisco hoping to have an experience that we ultimately did not. Please respond with a confirmation of the cancellation or how I can move forward with doing that thank you.

Cheated for 56$!!!
This is a fraud tour. I was charged 92$ for 4 tickets by viator but when i went there with my family I was told it was only a 1 time use ticket, cost of which was 9$ per ticket, which is 36$ for 4 people. Please do not buy this tour. Instead buy the ticket from the cable car official website which will cost 1/3rd this price.

Cable Car Fiasco
I never received my tickets from Viator and when I tried reaching out I got no response. I had to purchase tickets at the cable car kiosk.

I paid 92.00 for myself,...
I paid 92.00 for myself, two other adults and 1 child. They said it was 1 way and when you get to the line to board they charge $9.00per adult. Why did Victor charge us so much???
