Not worth the money.
Has anyone done the math? Total scam. The Alamo ticket is the $15 self guided tour, not the $48 guided tour. Don't purchase, you are better of buying your tickets at the door. Skip this...you only get 4 attractions and you'll be lucky to break even.
Operator response
We're sorry you weren't happy with your experience. We do show the value of the Alamo admission on our website as $15 for the self-guided tour. Even with choosing the four least expensive attractions, the cost of regular admission would be $67, compared to the cost of CityPASS at $63, and the savings would go up from there if more expensive attractions were chosen.

Good experience! My only...
Good experience! My only issue was at Tower of Americas the individual checking us in wouldn’t honor our tickets. I had to call SA City Pass for help. We did get in and see the attraction but it was frustrating just having to take the extra step because TOA staff didn’t know what they were doing.

Better off buying tickets in person
The pass was advertised as lasting 9 days from the first scan but only lasted two. Also when visiting the zoo the pass worked but they were initially confused about it. Next time I will just buy the tickets at the place to want to visit.
Operator response
Hi there,

If you'd like, you can contact our Customer Care team so that they can investigate the usage on your tickets and determine if you might be eligible for a refund. Don’t pass on Cityass
City pass is awesome. We were able to see a lot of sites at a very discounted rate and introduce us to some new places. We probably would not have discovered.. we chose the Alamo, the Riverwalk, boat, cruise, the tower of America and the natural history Museum. We loved everything except for the museum that one’s better suited for kids, but it was fine. We absolutely loved the Riverwalk boat cruise. The tower was awesome and so is the Alamo.

Great pass…lots of choice based on what your family enjoys doing. We had a week to do all of these things so we didn’t have to rush.
