A must do when in Rio!
What a fun class and very good workout. She went over the basic steps and was very patient with me. We even did a short correagraphic dance. This was a very fun experience and I highly recommend it.

I really recommend doing this class, it was one of my highlights and Gaby is an excellent teacher. I did this solo and ended up being the only person in the class. Gaby made me feel so relaxed with her warmth and pace. I’m definitely coming back whilst I’m in Rio!

We had a great samba class with Gaby and would recommend this activity if you are visiting Rio with an interest in getting an intro to samba.

Closest I’ll get to dancing in carnival
I did this activity solo during my long stay in Rio, this is a good activity if you want get the feel for samba and carnival. Gaby was my instructor teaching our group the foundations of samba nice and slow working you to quick feet and at the end we had a photo op with carnival costumes! So fun, and great memories!

Samba class for beginners
I had a fantastic time with the teacher Carla; she makes you feel comfortable and explains everything very well. Videos and photos are provided at the end of the class, and as a cherry on top, she takes your picture in a beautiful samba costume. It was a wonderful moment of sharing; I truly recommend it.
