Salerno : Amalfi Coast Tour

Very bad experience with Angel Boat. We had booked and paid €190 to enjoy a day on a boat. But once there, we were finally told that we could not leave the port. The reason given was the weather, but also the fact that we did not have a boat license. However, at the time of booking, nothing clearly indicated to us that the lack of a license could lead to such a significant restriction, nor that we could end up having to stay in the port. We had, however, checked the weather forecasts on our end and they did not seem to justify such a ban. We were therefore offered to enjoy the boat... but only in the port area. At €190 for the day, this obviously has no interest and absolutely does not correspond to the service we thought we had booked. What is also disappointing is the management of the situation on site. We asked to be refunded since we could not benefit from the planned activity, but the request was not easily accepted. A big disappointment, especially after having organized our day and spent €190 for an activity that we were ultimately unable to do as planned. On top of that, the staff is very unpleasant. Run away!

Tour was cancelled 4 hours before rental starts. As this was booked for a day for a cruise stop, I was left scrambling to try and find an alternate plan. The reason used was: boat broken. I am sure boat if boat is broken, it would’ve been broken awhile ago and not 4am in the morning.

We had a great experience here! They were super helpful in directing us to where we were supposed to meet. We weren’t completely clear about how to dock when we first arrived but they were quickly responsive to help direct us. Super smooth experience and loved getting to decide where we went and how much time we wanted to spend in the town or out on the water since it was just us driving the boat. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Experiencing the Amalfi Coast by water allows you to emerse yourselves in the breathtaking panoramic views of this stunning coastline with flexibitly and freedom, and, at a fraction of the price! This family owned business made the whole proccess ridiculously simple and easy. A boat licence is not required and there is exceptional instruction and training provided in english during the induction. We were also given a map and several restaurant recommendations of different places to stop. The boats are very well maintained and clean and even have a cooler box provided onboard. Overall, this was hands down one of the best days I had in Italy and 100% recommend. This activity is great for couples, families, friends and anyone ready to experience the beautiful coastline of Amalfi the local way.

The boats are new and luxurious! You get an esky with ice. I highly recommend it. Also, Angela and her family are super nice and friendly people!!

It all worked out wonderfully. All staff very nice and helpful. Can only recommend warmly. It's not cheap 170€ +70€ for fuel, but what the hell.

The communication was amazing. We took a beautiful trip around the coast,where we also took a stop and went swimming. Thank u for the amazing day!

We booked a boat for the day to see the Amalfi coast. We travelled from Salerno to Positano and back. The boat was well kept and we were shown the essentials before setting off. Seems like a family run business and were very pleasant. Only reason not a 5 star review was that it was a bit tricky to find them. The Angel Boat unit is at one end and the boats and staff were at the other end. Thank you for a great experience.
