- Meet your guide inside the Ringels Souvenir Shop, opposite the Sagrada Família.
- Skip-the-line admission includes a reserved entry time to the basilica.
- All visitors must pass through a mandatory security check before entering the Sagrada Família.
- Appropriate clothing is required to enter this place of worship. Shoulders, chest, and knees must be covered. Hats are not permitted inside (except for religious or medical reasons).
- Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the basilica.

This tour was very easy to book. The price was reasonable especially when the specific day that we wanted was sold out on the Sangrada website. We took a taxi to the address provided, it would have been helpful to know that we actually met inside at the Reigel store across the street. I called Viator for help locating the tour guide, and received excellent customer service the assistant stayed on the phone with me until I walked in the store. Our tour guide was very welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate about the Sangrada Familia. The headsets were very helpful during the tour as it was very crowded. Overall a very good experience and we were glad we got to see the inside since only seeing the outside in 2024.

The best way to tour is in small group with personal stories. Marco was professional and patient with our full group while it was unbearably hot
