They canceled the biggest part of our tour and only offered us only 10$ refund. What a joke. They also canceled this portion After our concelation time lapsed so we couldn’t cancel the tour or we would lose even more money. Tour guide was great. The company is joke. Do not book!!!
2 days before we were told part of the attraction was cancelled (access to the tower of the Sagrada Família) reasons were ambiguous. I responded and did not hear back. Caused stress and frustration I Was told I could re book entry to the tower if there was availability but not guaranteed but the tour company didn’t help. I was told I would get a partial refund for the cancellation but that is no compensation for the frustration
I loved that our guide explained the importance and meaning behind what we were seeing. If we had gone without a guide, we would have missed the significance of so many details. Our guide was a little hard to understand so I appreciated that he repeated himself often to help. He had a good sense of humor and took good care of us.
Brilliant experience, a must in Barcelona! Would recommend the tour with tower access
I had an awesome experience on this tour!! Our guide Luis was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made the whole experience extremely enjoyable.
From the Start. Lewis was friendly, funny and very organised. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about Sagrada Familial that we did not know. I have no hesitation to recommend Amigo Tours and Lewis fir a very enjoyable tour.
Our tour guide was Omar, and he made the experience fantastic! Even on a very hot day he kept his energy up and had a lot of really interesting details to point out about the Sagrada Familia. He was so clearly passionate about the subject matter and we felt really lucky to get to learn from him. Although this was one of the more expensive tour options, it felt like a good length, and once you're inside you can stay there as long as you like after the tour, which was nice.
The morning hour was lovely. This is one of the most unique cathedrals I’ve ever visited. What a tribute to the Biblical story. Leave time to meditate, pray and explore after the tour
We booked last minute, and because of that the tickets were very expensive. The tour guide was Marta. Marta was pleasant, started on time, looked after everyone in the group and gave an excellent presentation.
The experience was great. The tour guide was quite funny. I wish the tour was more inside the basilica than it was, but seeing the outside was special as well. Crowd wasnt too big. Loved learning all the history and themes around the basilica. Only problem was it was too loud and hard to hear with the mic
