If your location isn’t listed, simply choose the nearest available option and meet us there. - Pick-ups start up to 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please be ready and waiting outside by then for a smooth start. - Pick-up locations are planned based on each tour and may vary by day. If there are any changes to your pick-up spot, please let us know in advance. - Our guides make multiple stops and may arrive within a 10-minute window. To keep the tour on schedule, we recommend being ready 5–10 minutes early, as we are unable to wait for late arrivals. - As our hotel pickups operate from downtown CBD, guests located near the airport or South Auckland can be picked up from The Sebel, Auckland Manukau at 16 Lakewood Court, Manukau City Centre, Auckland 2104.

I had a wonderful experience in Rotorua today, and I would especially like to compliment Aaron. He was an excellent guide — very professional, friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire day. He made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end and was always very considerate of our comfort and experience. We visited some beautiful places, enjoyed amazing views, and Aaron’s knowledge and attention made the whole tour even more enjoyable. I attend this as solo and it really was an excellent trip - Jason, our guide, was very well organised and pick up was exactly to time as was the whole day. The tour size was very intimate, just ten of us, and much of the day could be self-guided to take things are your own pace. The experience of the vents and then the Māori Village was truly amazing, some breathtaking views. The cultural show was incredible and the tour around the village was amazing - I ended up being the only one of the tour and so it felt extra special and I great appreciated the opportunity to learn about Māori culture from a Guide with ancestral roots in doing the same. Overall, an incredible experience and cannot recommend it enough - well worth the money and I just hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

We had a wonderful time on this tour. Our driver, Matt, was friendly and genuine. All staff at the village were warm and welcoming. Our tour guide at the village was extremely knowledgeable about the village and the Māori culture. We learned so much and it will never be forgotten.

Picked up early . Tour to Māori village learning about the culture and resilience of the people was great Wai o tapu was amazing seeing the sulphur emission from the craters and hot pools . Both a must do. Our guide on April 6 th 2026 was amazing. He Ensured our safety and made sure we got back on tour in a timely manner.
