You get what you pay for
Confusing arrival situation, our name was on a sign, but there was no representative there to meet us, we finally found someone to help us (she was nice) but then waited a very long time for our driver. The van was very nice and clean and the drive to the resort was short, but within a few hours I had a fraudulent charge of almost $5500 on the credit card I used for this booking and had not used for anything else!! Someone involved obviously jacked my information - definitely recommend you book with someone else!

Operator response
Dear Guest,
Thank you for your feedback, and we truly apologize for the confusion you experienced upon arrival. We always aim to provide a smooth and seamless experience for our guests
To clarify, we send detailed arrival instructions immediately after a reservation is made, as well as a reminder 24 hours prior to your arrival. In addition, once your flight lands, we send a final confirmation with specific instructions for airport pickup. We are unclear about the issue you experienced, as we have agents stationed at the airport to assist with your arrival, and this information is communicated multiple times.
Regarding the fraudulent charge, we want to reassure you that we do not have access to any of our clients' credit card information. All bookings are processed through a secure online portal, which ensures the privacy and safety of your payment details. We have no control over or access to your credit card details at all.
We take this matter seriously, and we strongly recommend that you report the unauthorized charge to your credit card issuer as soon as possible to investigate and resolve the issue. Please also contact us if you need any additional information from our end to assist with your claim.
Again, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.

I would definitely book again !
The driver stayed in touch with me the entire time to ensure I would be picked up as soon as I landed. My flight was pushed back by several hours so this was one less issue I had to take on and it really made the trip start smoothly.
