Engaging, Interactive & Educational!
A highlight of our time in Rome! Our guide Luca was exceptional as was the pizza chef. The chef engaged with my kids, age 7 & 10 to make it a fun and memorable experience for them. He even made their pizzas into hearts! It was a fully interactive cooking experience from start to finish. Luca then took us on a great walking tour where he shared excellent knowledge of the area and gave us great advice on how to find good authentic restaurants in Rome (his advice was spot on - we put it to the test). We ended the tour with some excellent and unique gelato. From start to finish it was just a great tour that I would recommend to other families.

Napolitano pizza making
Love the hands on experience w/ pizzaiolo Paolo. Paolo and our guide Greta helped us perfect our Napolitano pizza technique. So grateful for their patience and guidance. Would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their home pizza making skills. The olive oil tasting and gelato sampling are an added bonus to a fun experience.

Pizza making in Rome
Really wanted to get the details so I could make authentic pizza at home in our (yet to be assembled) pizza oven. The class delivered! The pizza we made was fantastic and look forward to reproducing our results at home soon. Greta, our tour guide, along with our pizzaiolo were both great. Greta has masters level knowledge, not only about Roman/Italian food but Roman/church history as well. Had alot of fun delving into these topics as we enjoyed our pizzas. Thanks so much!

A great experience!
My daughter & I had the best time making pizza. Our guide Maria was fun & so personable. She & the staff at the restaurant were so kind. It was so much fun learning how pizza is made & also a very relaxing evening with a glass of wine & eating the pizza we made ourselves. A great experience.
