We have done a lot of tours around the world, this was one of the worst. The guide was not at all marked with any of the identifying things (flag, “Tix and Tour” sign, etc) so we couldn’t find her at first, we booked an English speaking tour, she couldn’t speak very good English but worst of all, she gave two inaccurate pieces of information at the start. Also they pushed back our time without txting us - we had to dig into email to find notification. Bad experience. I hope this review helps them improve for future guests. After all that, they refused to refund us. Hands down the worst was the inaccurate information. She couldn’t tell us how old the building was until another tourist corrected her and also told us Michelangelo was buried there, when I corrected her, she told me I was wrong and he was buried there. Why even take a tour if they’re going to make up information?
