Itinerary
Step inside one of the most awe-inspiring monuments of Ancient Rome—the Pantheon, originally built as a temple to all the gods and now a functioning church. Marvel at the Dome • Gaze upward at the massive concrete dome, still the largest unreinforced dome in the world. • The central oculus (a circular opening in the ceiling) lets in natural light—and sometimes rain—creating a dramatic play of light inside the rotunda. Admire the Architecture • Walk through the grand portico with its towering Corinthian columns made of Egyptian granite. • Step onto the marble floor, largely original from the 2nd century AD, and notice the intricate geometric designs. Experience a Living Monument • Feel the sacred atmosphere in this church still used for Catholic Mass today, known officially as the Basilica of St. Mary and the Martyrs. • Take a moment to appreciate the blending of pagan and Christian history in one continuous space. *YOU NEED TO PUT ALL OF THE NAMES OF ALL OF THE TRAVELER’S!!!

This was great - no lines at all and the audio guide was very informative! The person who set up the audio on our phones was also extremely helpful!
Tour company cancelled the tour because, as they claimed, the Pantheon was closed. We attempted to reschedule the tour but tour company was not responsive. We went to the Parthenon on the day/time of the tour. Not only was the Parthenon open, we received free access. Will now be requesting a refund.
Asked to arrive at 9.20 for 9.30 entry. Arrived at 9.05. Still waiting for representative to give us tickets an hour after arriving. Even if we had entered then we would have needed to leave because of mass. Terrible organisation - had to return at 12.30 so entire morning wasted. They were awful
I paid for audio tour and guide but I wasn’t told you had to listen o. Your phone several of us didn’t have phones with us and it was useless. For the extra money I paid for audio tour you could have given us the box and ear piece. All our tours we had a guide and audio box. So I think paying the extra money was a ridiculous and misleading.
Our guide Damiano was delightful. He led us at a good pace through Colosseum and Palatine Hill, answered all our questions took our pictures and at the end gave the best restaurant recommendations. Thank you Damiano!
It wasn't a bad experience. The meeting point instructions weren't explicit and a little confusing. But other than that it was good
Your employee dumped us at the correct line but we only got 1 audio for the 2 of us with no earpiece so we had to walk around with our ears sharing 1 phone ‘s speaker , which was annoying and bothered others. I thought 2 tickets with audio would mean 2 audio’s. Your representative dumped us and we had issues getting in. A stranger helped us
Recovery of tickets a bit complex Supplier did not respect the delivery time and 3min after I call sent me by WhatsApp all information
Yesterday we were notified that our morning tour of the Pantheon was canceled. We were given the option to get a refund or reschedule. We chose to reschedule. We met our guide at the appropriate location today and checked in. We were scheduled for 3:00. We arrived early and told the guide that our tour was for 3:00 and that we were early. The guide told us to follow him anyway and that it was ok and just took off and disappeared into the crowd. He did not have a flag for us to see over the crowds of people. We walk all the way back to the check in location and someone else says to follow them. This person gets us to the line and basically leaves us so we now have to figure out how to get through the ticket area on our own. We got up to the ticket person and the lady tells us we are not allowed to enter because we were scheduled for 3:00. It’s 2:50 and she had literally just made an announcement that only people scheduled from 2:00-3:00 were being allowed in. She told us we had to go to the end of the even longer line. No one from this company was around to help or to help translate a language barrier so once again we had to walk all the way back to the check in location. By this point, we were not happy. The guides tell us that we should of been let in and we were like well they wouldn’t and you left us. The guide walks us back to the Pantheon and then has us cut in line in front of everyone and says try now. Meanwhile the guide DID NOT stay with us in line and instead stood several feet away watching. That time we were finally admitted. We’ve had other Viator tours that were well organized and run but this one has us seriously rethinking your company in the future.
The Pantheon is my favorite stop in Roma. But I couldn’t get in on my last visit with new ticketing requirements, so I wanted to make sure I could this time. A little tricky to find the place to confirm my E-ticket (no thanks to Siri!) but once I did, the rest was smooth sailing. As always, a stunning place to visit. Would definitely rebook for future visits.
