We arrived early to the meet location, and the Viator representative was unable to locate our tickets. We had to wait 25 minutes before entry.
Got to meeting point no one there, waited 10 minutes past start time, contacted company and they gave me directions to a bank 2.4 KMs away. Replied back still no answer or refund
My experience purchasing the reserved entry ticket pass to the Pantheon was awesome! The person who was supposed to meet us there called me ahead of time and sent me a photo showing exactly where he was standing and the flag he was holding. It made him so easy to find. We found him right away, and he got us straight in with no waiting at all. The Pantheon was truly incredible to see!
