This isn’t a pub crawl, but it’s not a walking tour either; The Rome Tipsy Tour is an award-winning social and cultural experience to discover the Eternal City after dark, and make everlasting memories along the way. The tour begins in Piazza della Madonna dei Monti, where you’ll meet your local guide, who will take you and a group of fellow travellers through Monti, one of Rome’s trendiest neighbourhoods and former red-light district. This is where history and happy hour collide. You'll hear stories featuring the city’s most unsavoury characters, bloody power struggles, and saucy scandals before heading to atmospheric bars to experience the best of Roman nightlife. You’ll taste authentic Italian drinks like local wine, spritz, sambuca, and limoncello, all the while getting to know like-minded travellers. Monti is one of Rome’s trendiest neighbourhoods but back in the day it was known as a suburra of the city, a red light district rife with drugs, gambling, and sex work galore. This is where your guide will lead you to some of the best bars in the city and tell you fascinating stories you won’t hear on your average walking tour.
There are few sights more beautiful than Rome at night, and we’ll walk down this incredible road that divides the Ancient City while admiring the emperor's forums on either side.
Towards the end of the tour we’ll pass by Rome’s biggest and most hated building, built to commemorate the unification of Italy in the 1870s.

We went with three couples and had a great time. Our guide, Ezgi, was amazing. She knew the coolest spots and kept the entire experience special. Don't be afraid of the karaoke bit they send you in the text messages, I was a bit worried but it was just something happening at the last bar and was completely optional. It ended up being a highlight of the night! Highly recommended, this was the most fun we had in Rome.

Michelle absolutely MADE our Tipsy Bar Crawl and Forbidden History tour incredible from start to finish.
