Romantic Las Vegas Wedding Package

Disappointed by misleading information about photography package We had our wedding at Chapel of the Flowers and were very disappointed with how an issue involving our photography package was handled. Before purchasing the package, we specifically discussed receiving the RAW, unedited digital images. We were told they would be available, and that information was an important factor in our decision to purchase the package. After the wedding, we learned the RAW images would not be provided. Carmen later acknowledged in writing: “It was my mistake to say the RAW images would be available.” The issue was not buyer’s remorse or asking for something extra after the wedding. We relied on information provided before our purchase, and Carmen later acknowledged that the information she gave us was incorrect. We tried to resolve the matter directly. We were ultimately offered a $200 credit toward additional edits, products, or keepsakes—not a refund. We did not feel that requiring us to spend more money with the company was an adequate resolution. Our wedding day itself was wonderful, but our experience with the photography package and the handling of this issue was extremely disappointing. My advice to future customers is to get every detail about exactly what is included in writing before purchasing, particularly anything involving photography files, formats, and digital rights.

Our surprise elopement turned out beautifully, our wedding planner touched every small detail and made it so special. They helped me plan videography to catch us surprising our loved ones, a party bus, and even dinner and cake after. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The experience was wonderful. The team was very professional. My wife doesn't speak English, the receptionist looked for someone who spoke French to translate and they arrived Chahe And what a wonderful person! Then we saw Pamela to coordinate who speak Portuguese and Spanish and who made my wife feel comfortable Then the wedding team, the minister, the multimedia and reception team, everything was beautiful and wonderful, and the attention to detail when taking the photos was excellent.

Chapel of the flowers is amazing experience to get married I wouldn’t have expected or imagined better they were very professional. Very budget friendly and I would get married here all the time over and over again if I had to with same partner

We wanted a different wedding, super fun yet romantic and engaging for our friends. Thanks to Chapel of the Flowers, everything was easy and possible! We organized everything through the website and with the help of wedding planner Shelby (top), and despite the language barriers and cultural differences, we managed to get exactly what we wanted from the makeup in the hotel to the transportation to and from the event, the photos, the videos, and the legendary Party Bus that entertained everyone. We were extremely happy!!!

Just the most perfect experience and perfect all the way through from calls each month to sorting a full wedding on the phone from the uk to Las Vegas and when it was the wedding day they made us feel like we have known everyone our life’s just the most perfect place to get married if I could do it all again I would !!! If you’re looking to get married in Vegas I would 10000% book this place you won’t regret it at all !! And the chapel is so beautiful and you have a few diffrent rooms you can chose to get married in as well I did the class gardens and I mean wow so beautiful !! And when your getting your wedding photos taken and your got Las Vegas in the background it’s just so perfect !!!

'Just the two of us' we wanted no fuss. We've been together 20 years so a simple, intimate wedding was perfect for us. It was relatively stress free. We traveled from Scotland here to get married and everything was what we expected. Staff are very experienced in making it as smooth running and seamless as possible. We had a very happy day.

Love the people love the chapel very professional would come again. Everything was easy and everybody was very helpful and nice. Would recommend this place to anybody takes a lot of of the stress out of it.

Get experience picking out our wedding photos!!!!! The photos came out great and the photographers were wonderful!!!
