We can pick up at either cruise ship terminal or any hotel, resort and/or vacation rental home or villa.
Description
This is a 4 hour tour including every aspect of the Park. Featuring 11 zipline cables and 7 steal suspension bridges which make up the Eco Walk tour. The bridges snake through this majestic jungle canopy and run directly beneath the ziplines above. The Eco Walk has become especially popular with hikers, bird watchers and photographers. All tours include roundtrip transportation from both cruise ship terminals on the Island. The Park is also a tripadvisor 5 star rated destination.
All individuals are instructed by our professional guides and staff in a full security and “how to” briefing before starting to ensure a great zip-line adventure. All guides have completed over 2000 hours of course simulation and training.
The Zip Lines include two cables. One cable is used for attaching your harness and “pulley” for easy gliding from one platform to another. The second cable is for attaching support clips that provide a smoother and safer experience.

There are two Cruise Centers in Roatan. The directions for both locations are listed below. Please depart your ship one hour upon arrival to port and proceed to the designated meeting area listed below to check in with your representative.
MAHOGANY BAY & ISLA TROPICALE CRUISE TERMINAL & DIXON'S COVE PORT:
Exit the ship and walk up the main path into the shopping area.
Continue past the fountains, through the shopping area, to the building with a red roof on the right.
Enter that building and walk to the end where the white taxi's park.
Make a left and walk up the hill.
You will see a LARGE GREEN SECURITY gate. Go through the gate and down the hill.
Your Detour Roatan Guide will be on the right with a Detour Roatan sign and your name & information.
The Guide will check you in and take you to your shuttle.
Your Roatan Adventure is about to begin! Enjoy your day!
TOWN CENTER/PORT OF ROATAN & COXEN HOLE CRUISE TERMINAL:
Exit the Ship and walk in to the main shopping area.
Look for the EXCURSION KIOSK NUMBER 2 where tours & excursions are sold. This is the South Shore Adventures and Detour Roatan tour kiosk.
Ask for our manager Cindy Fisher and staff for check in and boarding to your designated shuttles.

We booked a Zipline and Snorkel combo. Very unorganized. driver was over 20 minutes late to start the day. Zip lining was great, but when finished the driver was nowhere to be found, his vehicle was there. the Zip lining employees finally found him in one of their buildings. next one not the drivers fault his paperwork showed a zipline then a resort. took us to a resort where luckily I had my paperwork to show we were supposed to be snorkeling. We then waited there while he found a place for us to snorkel. The Snorkel we purchased was supposed to be 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours . the one we went to was 30 minutes.

Luckily we have your booking voucher and reference number on file and copies of your ticket from viator.com directly. You people booked “zipline and resort pass” with specific instructions and details on what your tour included. We added a one hour or 60 minute snorkel tour to your package FREE of charge (that you did NOT book or purchase) to go with your resort day pass. You got the double the package for no extra charge and yet you invent lies about the driver and staff plus your free snorkel tour.
We showed you a highlighted screenshot of the package you booked and what was included. Once you became aware you had made a mistake in your own booking, you decided to be rude and ignorant towards staff instead of accepting you were wrong and you made an error. You people are despicable and you have no class whatsoever! Thank you!

Superb service Detour Roatan
The best ever trip I've taken in years. Drcenebr 2024. Detour Roatan provided all of our needs. Snorkling & The BEST CHEF service ever! FOOD was delightful and fresh. Beyond our expectatiins! Loved the zipline service and the eco walk. They took us on all sorts of sightseeing events. Can't have a better service than Detour Roatan. We will definitely be going again this year in 2025. Thank you Jamie and Jason. You were just the best guides and service. Haven't ever had such a service provided to me in my travels..my friend who lived on an Island in his past was so impressed, he wants to return soon. Just delightful. Thank you for all of your help and service. The cost was extremely fair and just amazing! Thanks again.

Great services and excursions
Great company with so much to offer. The chef service was fantastic, local, and fresh. We had so much fun on the snorkeling excursion. They also gave us some great recommendations and provided our transportation. We will use them on our next trip to the island.
