This is an adventure that all family members will enjoy. While visiting the animal sanctuary, guests will see Sloths and Capuchin Monkeys, Colorful Macaws, yellow-headed parrots, and many other exotic animals in their natural habitat, just waiting to be photographed. On this tour, guests will visit the Chocolate factory and Rum cake factory, go to the best sightseeing views and attractions the island has to offer, go souvenir Shopping at the famous Rusty Fish local craft market, and stop over at the colorful Roatan sign for photos, plus your beach break at the all famous and beautiful west bay beach that includes beach chairs, umbrellas, WIFI, restroom facilities and fresh water showers.

Guest will be picked up at the port and taking to the Animal Park
Guest will visit the Sloths & Monkeys, capuchin monkeys, macaws, yellow head parrots and much more exotic animals for memorable photos.
At the Chocolate Factory guest will learn how the Chocolate is made and will be offered samples.
Sampling Rum and Delicious Rum Cake is the high light of this facility, plus beautiful Sightseeing views from the highest peak of the island.
Beach break at the all famous and beautiful west bay beach, guest will soak up the sun or relax under a umbrella while enjoy delicious tropical drinks.

Pickup Locations & Times
We pick up our travelers . Meeting time is scheduled for one hour after your ship has docked at the port . Ship time and local time sometimes is different so we adjust the meeting time accordingly. If by any chance your ship arrival time changes the meeting time will remain one hour after your ship is docked . Our tour representatives are available at the port before your ship arrives . Rest assure that if you are unable to make it within the hour our representatives will be there waiting for you for up to 3 hours maximum after your ship scheduled docking time. At Isla Tropical (Mohogany Bay Port), we will pick you up 1 hour after your ship has docked. Once you disembarked your ship, you will proceed to the Main Exit gate, where your driver and guide will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name . You will walk up the concrete hill and down to the exit gate. You can also take a cab to the gate if you do not want to walk. For Coxen Hole, Port Roatan. We will pick you up 1 hour after your ship has docked or as soon as you can disembark your ship so we can beat the crowds and start with your activities . Once you have left your ship just walk past all the vendors and proceed to Exit Gate #2, where your driver and guide will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name . At the exit gate you will just look across the street for the driver holding a sign with the company logo "Roatan Breakaway Tours" For Hotel's and Airbnb's if you don't see your address listed in our pick up list , please just send by text your location and happily we will be there to pick you up at your requested time .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We had an incredible experience on the Roatan Sloths & Monkeys, Chocolate Factory plus Beach Break tour, and Teshara made it truly exceptional! She was warm, professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome (including from the moment we met her. She kept the day organized while sharing interesting facts about Roatán, answered every question with a smile, and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. The sloths and monkeys were unforgettable, the chocolate factory was delicious, and the beach break was the perfect way to relax. Teshara’s positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm made this one of the best excursions of our cruise. We highly recommend this tour, and if you get Teshara as your guide, consider yourself lucky. This was one of the best tours and tour experiences I have ever had. The experiences were great and what put it over the top was our tour guide. HE WAS AMAZING!!!! And to top it off he brought his daughter along what was awesome because it gave our daughter someone to play with the entire time. My only regret is that I can't remember his name. But when I figure it out, I'm going to request him as our guide again next year when we return.

An amazing experience! My family enjoyed getting up close and personal with the animals. Our tour guide Ernie was amazing! He really looked out for us on all the best places to travel in the area and we had the best lunch!

We were in Roatan for the day from a cruise. We had Diola as our tour guide and she was amazing! She gave us lots of details about the island and answered my husband’s endless questions! The tour itself was great! We loved seeing the animals up close and having chocolate and rum! I’d never had Rum Cake and it was delicious and they have a little bar out back with a beautiful view where we enjoyed a drink. I would definitely recommend using this company while you’re in Roatan.

We was under the impression we was getting Picked up by the cruise terminal and we ended up walking a very long distance in sweltering heat to just make it to the point to get into see the animals. Although the animals made up for the experience it was still misinformation. The “chocolate factory “ is not what you think. The “guide” spoke so fast you could barely understand him. It was over in less than 5 minutes. I would have booked through the cruise ship to assure travel accommodations. The lady that took us was very pleasant and she shared with us about the location and her family.

Me and my family had an amazing time on this tour of the island and experience in the chocolate factory along with the rum tasting. First off we were a bit late due to our ship docking at a later time but our driver Ernie thankfully waited for us and took us to the park to the see the monkeys and sloths among other animals there. Ernie then drove us to the chocolate factory in roatán where we had a tour of the factory to learn about how everything was made over there. The chocolate factory was a great experience on its own with the ice cream and chocolate as well as the coffee sold there. We then went to a place to sample rum and ended up buying a bottle, although kind of pricey had a great taste at around 55-64 a bottle and from my searching am unable to find anywhere online. We were then taken to the beach by Ernie where waited for us until we were ready to go back to port. Overall it was a great experience and the highlight of my family's whole cruise and in particular our experience with our driver Ernie who was there to help us with anything we needed in local area along with his hospitality. Truly, this was a great experience for me and my family and I highly recommend it, not only for its value but the overall experience as well.

My entire family of 7 just did the Roatan Sloth, Monkey, and beach tour. It was Great!!! They met us at the cruise port. We were introduced to our guide Theola. She was the best. She treated us like family. My grandchildren loved her. She was very knowledgeable, and a very safe driver. We loved having a private tour in a nice airconditioned van. It was well worth the money. I will definitely use this tour company again, and Viator makes it easy. This is a great tour for families with kids.

Jesus our driver and Eder our guide we're both awesome. We had a great time being able to learn more about the Mayan ruins and this location from Eder. Eder personally grew up in this area so he knows it personally. They got us to the ruins safely and quickly before most anyone else got there so we could actually visit, see it and take plenty of photos before the big buses got there with the masses. Our visit to the lake was relaxing and the food was filling and tasty.
