Instruction meeting point after getting off your ship: There are two ship docks in Roatan. They are Mahogany Bay cruise port where Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises, and other ships dock. Then there are the Town Center Port of Roatan where Royal Caribbean cruises, celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruises, TUI Cruises and other ship dock. If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you 1 to 2 hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for Roatan Anderson Tours sign. If in a wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill for an additional $2. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate. . If your ship is dock on the Town Center Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. We had a great time on our excursion and Russell was an awesome guide! Russell was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about Roatan and Honduras. He was very good at keeping us informed about the time and had us back to the ship just when we wanted to be back. Would absolutely book again.
The company did not send the driver. We had to walk a long way to find someone on the road that knew who to call so we could get picked up. We then waited an hour until we got picked up. The driver was great, flexible, and very informative
Hi hope all is well you have to walk from ship pier to meeting area everyone knos that and once you get to us your driver was at the other pier waiting for you cause you didnt put a ship name and we was guessing we try contacting you and no answer that was the only wait you did cause thw driver had to move from one pier to the other an it was 20 minutes am not looking excuses but i love to be fare and honest too
Allan was awesome! Gave us the tour and then headed to the beach (West Bay Beach at Beachers) was BEAUTIFUL! Food and beer was great too!
Had a great tour in spite of the rain. Artmon was a fantastic guide… obviously very proud and knowledgeable about his home and happy to share it with us
Our driver and tour guide, Artmon, was a very skillful driver that navigated the crowded roads like a professional driver. His explanations of all the sights was insightful. He would point out little pieces of history like the first school or the first church. He would then add little tidbits of information like where the name of the school originated. He knew where the best places were for taking pictures. His framing of our group with the background was very good. He always asked what we would like to do next. He would give us several ideas if we couldn’t think of anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and intend to ask for Artmon for our next tour.
Our driver and tour guide Hartman was very knowledgeable and patient. He took us to all the import sites in the city.

We did this tour yesterday and had a great time. The island is very beautiful and our tour guide Artman took us to a lot of places to get great pictures. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions we had. The beach he took us to was also very beautiful and not crowded.

Mario was an excellent tour guide and we loved the tour of the island he gave us. The van did have a funky smell, but with the air condition vents pointed in the right direction this somewhat helped in solving that problem. The only reason for not giving a 5star rating was that we had to pay an additional $40 for beach access. The sole purpose of booking this tour was to have some beach time while in Roatan which was listed as included in the fee, for us the sightseeing along the way was just a bonus since we have been to Roatan before and we would not have booked with them if it had not included the beach. There may have been a miscommunication somewhere along the way about going to a different beach than the one which was supposed to be included in the package but to our knowledge it was never discussed and we were surprised to have to pay for this ourselves. If your purpose for booking is to see the island and do some of the other things listed in the description then this is your company for sure. If you are looking for some beach time I'm not sure what the included beach was supposed to be but I would not recommend paying the extra for the "private hotel" beach, it is extremely congested and loud and you'd be much better off having the ships pool to yourself while everyone else is on shore. All in all I would highly recommend this company and Mario was fantastic but you might want to clarify about the beach access before it being a surprise if that is what you are going for.
Cristhian is an excellent tour guide. He took us to the chocolate factory and then took to the best hotel where we enjoy a wonderful lunch. The beach is absolutely beautiful. This experience I would love to enjoy again.
